The 2 gentlemen that worked at this location were amazing!! I have never experienced customer service like this before. Friendly and helpful. We were in there for almost 3 hours and it really didn’t feel like it! Thank you, Taha and Hassan! Really exceptional human beings??

I stopped by your store on 91st Street and 9th Avenue today, hoping to get some assistance from a Rogers employee. I'm on a pay-as-you-go plan and I ran into a problem with my credits. I had bought some credits yesterday, but within just four hours, eight gigabytes of them expired. Before coming to the store, I tried calling Rogers to sort it out, but reaching a real person for pay-as-you-go customers was nearly impossible. That's why I ended up at the store, and honestly, what unfolded there was hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had.I explained the whole situation to a guy named Taha. I told him how I'd put in $60 of credits the previous evening, only to have them vanish without reason. I asked if he could look into it. But his response was just "There's nothing I can do for you," and he kept saying it over and over. I was really taken aback by his attitude and how unwilling he was to help me out. So, I asked him if he could please call the help line with me, just to get some more support or answers. Keep in mind, I was the only person in the store, and it's not usually busy there anyway.After a lot of resistance and some seriously rude expressions, Taha finally gave in and made the call. Luckily, the person on the other end of the line was able to fix my issue. By that point, despite my reservations, Taha had made the call and the problem was sorted. I was ready to leave, but then he said something that completely blew my mind. As he hung up and put the phone down, he had the nerve to tell me, "You could have avoided all of this if you had just called Rogers yourself."What I can't wrap my head around is whether this is how Rogers trains its employees – to be condescending and rude to customers. Like I mentioned, I was the only one in the store, so I expected a bit more care, even if finding a solution took time. Taha's attitude was so off-putting, dismissive, and just plain rude. I'm honestly at a loss for words. He has absolutely no right to tell a client that, nor speak to them in such a derogatory manner. I firmly believe, Taha spoke to me in such a condescending manner given I am a Brown girl and he assumed he could get away by speaking to me this way. His service to a Caucasian male before me was very different. I've never been treated so poorly, and I can't accept this kind of service. I'd appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to talk about this further before I decide whether to take this matter to the next level.

My daughter and I went to upgrade our phones. I was shocked at the service we got!! I haven’t had good experiences with Rogers stores. But Hassan changed that. He treated us like we were people and not a sale. He went out of his way to help us!! This man has a heart of gold! I will never go to any other Rogers store! I have found ‘the pot of gold’ and I will stay with this store!!!!!

The guy working had no interesting in helping us and was rude. He gave us incorrect information and options regarding our cellphone upgrade status us as well. We went to another location (in South Edmonton Common) right after and received phenomenally better service and all got a new phones!

I was having issue with my account/phone upgrade and the staff here were absolutely wonderful in assisting with it. The employee helping me, Hana, was not only kind and considerate through the whole experience, but she went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal. Thanks again, Hana!

If I had more than 2 thumbs they would all be pointed down. Quite possibly the most uninviting first impression with a sales person I’ve ever had. Abrupt, dismissive and unwelcoming attitude from the person opening the door and barking out a grumpy question. Instead of continuing to disrupt whatever he had going on that had him in such a foul mood I drove to Bestbuy and was helped by a very lovely woman. So yeah. 7 thumbs down, would not recommend.
