Yet another Rexall with (racist?) security. Again, no reason to be profiled unless judging by ethnicity, funny enough by an Indian. Lawsuits have happened because of this.

I only shop here once or twice a year, but my shopping experiences have been good. Found what I needed. Staff were friendly and polite. Aisles were tidy.

I live down the road from this rexall. I go there to shop quite often. Today I went to buy a few things and immediately I walked in the security man started following me. He made me so uncomfortable ?. I decided not to shop but only to buy eggs. I picked up a box of eggs and upon checking whether the eggs were broken this man who calls himself security started yelling at me telling me to just get one packet of eggs and leave the store. He was so close to me i feared for my life i started recording.The clerk was apologetic. I called the manager and she assured me that guy will not be working in that store again. Btw I am a black woman. I was gonna report this man to the police for harrassment. He was too close to me I feared for my life

The best customer service in store REXALL PHARMACY #7265 in Edmonton . You have awesome employee Rona, she is amazing and professional. Rona helped me a lot in choosing creams for my face , she selected creams for my type of skin and communicated with me as a friend and professional in her field. I am very satisfied with the creams that Rona selected for me. She is the best employee I ever met in all stores REXALL in Alberta ??

Regular at this location as it is my pharmacy. Was approached by security today and treated like a criminal. Transferring my prescription and will not be back

Used to come here quite often because I live only a few blocks away. However I don't stop in anymore cuz the bigger security guy absolutely REEKS. I now avoid going to this location because every time he's there it makes me wanna vomit! ? (Many of the local homeless ppl even have better hygiene!) Like seriously it's just lowkey disgusting and this guy just stinks up the entire store.
Which sucks because otherwise the staff are super helpful.
But avoid this location unless you wanna risk your nostrils getting straight up ASSAULTED ?
I'd HIGHLY suggest going to the other Rexall a few blocks away near 118th. (Or even Shoppers better yet)

Not gonna lie, gotta say I have to agree with some of the comments here. The overweight caucasian security guy here has a serious hygiene problem..
I remember seeing this guy a couple weeks ago near the checkout area and I literally felt the need to take a shower as soon as I got home. I was sooo grossed out :(

I wish one could order directly from the store nor be transfered to other parties...this makes it impossible for me, - a disabled senior, to order supplies from this pharmacy.

Indian security guy is super friendly but other security guard is a bit of an annoying nuisance and kinda stinks tbh ?
Pharmacy is great as always tho.

Closed the front 30min early? No employee at the front for 5 min when i came in. was told they can't sell me anything because the fronts closed? I asked to call the manager (Alisha) I overheard Alisha say that they are closed and to send me away. Amazing customer service. I think some new managers or training is in order.

I live on the same block as this location and stopped in today to pickup something. Went to the pau counter and no staff could be found. The security guy had to go on his walkie talkie to tell the employee I someone was at the counter. After waiting 3 minutes, I left the item on the counter and walked out. I have already had negative feelings about this store before while picking up items from the Canada Post office. Waiting in line while one employee helps one customer, while another employee was just moving around the same till in a slow motion pace and counting things and avoiding making any eye contact with any of the rest of us in in to at least say hi. I won't be back here to shop, but unfortunately I live a block away and most of my shipments get sent here. To management, if you don't have enough staff to have someone at the till, close the store down. Very unprofessional and a waste of customers time.

Went there to get the advise from pharmacist and waited like 15-20 minutes on the xounter all the customers came after me was served, everyone left with what they need but the lady with short hair she is the pharmacist i guess she saw me but haven’t came to me unfortunately i have to leave the place and just want to give you guys a lesson of customer service and management

These guys used to be good. However, the pharmacy has been terrible lately. They are charging me before confirming a purchase. They aren't getting meds to me on time, and they act like it's a grievance to call me by my preferred name.
