recently ordered a part for my ebike, when it arrived the screws were not in the bag. 2 phone calls and 2 emails..no reply. Had to spend half a day sourcing some for it.Not the service I would expect. In the past couple years I bought a ebike and gravel bike from them... this is my last time I spend my money there.

Just had to share this : )I've purchased a number of bikes here over the years. Always been reasonable to deal with and sometimes caught some sales : ) Service department is busy, but hey, if it's not busy, it's probably no good anyways right? And before I go any further, I'm not personal friends with anyone at this business, I haven't even lived in Edmonton for about 8 years. This is an honest take.Anyways I was bike shopping in winter 2023 and the stock was low at Revolution for what I wanted. Ended up finding it somewhere else. Was feeling indecisive about a few options on the table and finally just called Revolution and asked to talk with Jeff in service. Guy is solid and really knows his stuff...and he's been there for quite a number of years.Anyways, he spends a bunch of time on the phone with me, and I'm upfront that these bikes are not getting purchased at his store even. No problem, keeps chatting. I really needed the opinion of someone I trusted, and these guys delivered. Never made to feel like I was wasting their time, even if I was. Helped me out big time.So that's it basically. I just want the biking community to know who these people are. They are genuine and they will take care of you. Have a good ride everyone!

It hurts me to write this review, because I have been going to this shop since I was a kid, and it was always great. Unfortunately in the last few years the customer service has just fallen apart. I order things and they never arrive and when I inquire about them it feels like I'm bothering them. Getting a repair takes months and multiple repeat visits when it should take a week and two visits, because they don't repair the right thing or don't order the right part. It seems like the communication between employees is lacking. My bike is my vehicle and these dragged out repairs cost me $$ in Uber trips. They insist I bring my bike in even if I am just asking them to order a part for me - often requiring me to take time off work. They damaged an accessory while repairing my bike and claimed that it was my fault. I ordered a new ebike and they didn't call me when it arrived. The charge plug was damaged on the new bike which nobody mentioned. I had a front light installed and the wiring was held in place with some very roughly applied duct tape which meant the battery didn't fit in any more. (Replaced it with some duct tape applied smoothly and it fixed the issue.) Honesty it would take pages to explain each thing that has disappointed me. There are a few staff who are competent and have gone out of their way to help me and I thank them. Unfortunately overall my experience has been quite negative over the last few years. I've started ordering parts from Bow Valley Cycle in Calgary - which is a complete joy to deal with, obviously never ask me to come in (I can do the whole transaction via text message) and get me the parts in weeks instead of months/years/never. E.g. had been waiting for a fender which I ordered at the same time as my ebike, about 3 years ago, Revolution always told me to check back in a few months, finally ordered from Bow Valley, got the fender in a few weeks with no hassle. I really hope they can return to the excellent service they had in the past, if not I will buy my next bike somewhere else. Two stars because they do have amazing selection and knowledgeable staff, just pray you don't need service or anything they have to order in.

Great inventory selection of bikes, and absolutely everything else you need to ride year round. Levi along with another gentleman at the west store helped me out on my most recent visit and both were very friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of products and helped me find the items that would best suit my needs for winter riding.

Purchased a Cube 2022 Reaction Pro E500 (A) from the Sherwood Park store. Customer service was fantastic - my bike was ready to go and the rep walked me through the details of my new e-bike. Needless to say I love this bike - it’s an amazing beast into a strong headwind and makes me feel like a youngster on hills and steep grades. This is my second bike from Revolution Cycle and my first from their Sherwood Park store. If you want quality and service that = excellence this is the place for you.

Had my 13+ year old mountain bike tuned up here. It was running terribly rough after many years of neglect. It is amazing now. Ran it for the entire summer and it is like new. The techs did an amazing job and the bike is a joy to ride now.

Great shop, great service. They helped with a friend’s road bike, diagnosing a cracked fork, and finding a used older fork from their shop to swap (free!)Also very thankful that they registered our new purchase bikes on BikeIndex. My son’s bike was stolen and recovered only 2 days later thanks to the registration and EPS.

I’m very new to mountain biking. I was referred to Revolution Cycle by a friend and I’m really glad I went in. I was helped by Jeff, who took a lot of time to go through different bike options tailored to my price point and skill level, as well as the safety accessories and other needs. He provided some basic instruction on routine maintenance and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. I felt very looked after and will certainly be back for any bike needs I will have in the future.

My experience here has been good until I realized that they are a rip off!! Every single time I get my bike repaired there within 48 hours something MAJOR goes wrong with my bike. Then they tell me that this part or that part needs replaced costing me money! They switched over my winter recently tires to my summer tires and then my tires started rubbing on the rim! I went back they told me I needed a true on my tires costing me $30 a tire they didn’t even look at it . The bolts on the tire were not put on properly when they switched my tires over causing the issue! I figured that out by going to another bike repair place they had it fixed in seconds. DO NOT take your bike here to get repaired!!!

Don’t waste your time or money going here, there are much better shops in the city. Not sure what exactly they did for $100 but it was in worse shape when I picked it up. Both brake pads were rubbing on the rims and it was still dirty. I also had an appointment for a basic tune up package and it took 3 days to get my bike back. When I called to ask them if it was done I was given attitude that they will text me when it’s finished. When I explained I had an appointment and they had already had my bike for 2 full days they finally went to check on the status. Then continued to give me a bunch of attitude and no apology for the fact that they still hadn’t finished my bike. For a basic tune up it really shouldn’t have taken this long.
