Had eyebrows and lip waxed. She was extremely rude and didn't even speak at all. It was the manager I believe. Didn't really shape the brows at all. And missed parts of the lip as well.

I came here today the young girl that did my nail she is very good .However there is an older woman that's so rude not even warm .I won't be coming here again .She extremely so cold .I even told her that she appear to be cold and there was another customer who came to ask for price she literally brush the customer off .I couldn't believed it .Pls don't waist your time coming here .When someone is doing their nails and spend $170 not worth it at all .She showed up late and her behavior unprofessional.Dont come to this nail please if you don't want a rude service

My experience was extremely disappointing. The stylist was unprofessional and rude, showing no willingness to answer my questions politely.Rushing all the time. She acted as if she needed payment before even addressing our inquiries. It was my far the most unprofessional and rude service I've ever encountered from a stylist. I would not recommend Regal located at Walmart parsons road. Zero star .

This is a small salon so if you're a walk in you may have to wait a few minutes, but it is worth the wait. Everyone is very nice and I think the prices are fair. I've been there twice now and plan on going back again!

Requested style: We asked the TEC for an ombré nail showed her a picture she said she could do it and they are a disaster… her nails are different lengths and thickness and she didn’t do an ombré at all. Very disappointed for $95 nails! I would not recommend this place at all.

Today, I went to this place to do my manicure and pedicure, the worker today was unprofessional every minute she complained with her employee and didn't gave attention on my hands and feet. My heels looks terrible. I had a pedicure,I don't recommend this place. The first time I went to this place there were two employees, their were so professional. That is why I returned. Unfortunately, these great employees don't work there anymore. I am so disappointed with the treatments I received today?

Favourite place in the city. The girls always scrub my feet hard and genuinely try and remove all the dead skin. They salon is very clean and all of the instruments are out of a new package. They always are able to fit us in and you never feel "rushed" energy.
