Bakery staff very not helpful and rude when asked to sliced bread for me. They said they don't slice the sesame bread but do at every other superstore I shopped at.

Visited the store multiple times and a similar experience throughout. The store is always well organized, the staff is helpful if we are not able to find anything (which is hardly the case). We find variety of products be it local or international… a good place for groceries and other daily needs.

can we talk about why the fruit always tastes sour and rotten? are you guys not storing fruit properly or are you grossly over purchasing and then trying to store it in the freezer or something and thats why it always tastes so bad, or is moldy or expired? ive wasted so much money on bad fruit from this store that im going to simply stop purchasing. this past week pink dragonfruit was on sale for $2.99. so i bought some only to find that it is overripe and sour, so they all have to go in the trash. i dont even bother buying berries in the past year because they are always flavourless and/or rotting. and the yellow dragonfruit is $6.99 a piece and its always overripe... what the heck is wrong with you guys? why is your produce so bad??? proper storage and care is required, im tried of wasting my money. in fact im not even spending it on this stuff anymore. ill go to fresh markets instead. you guys always freeze the english muffins too and i want fresh english muffins not frozen, they are always a crumbly dry mess ?

I recently visited Superstore , and I was happy with the overall experience. All the shelves were well-organized and the whole store was clean. Their bakery section is amazing! Because all bread was freshly baked. The donuts looked especially delicious! I was also looking for pistachios but didn't know where I could find them. The staff was happy to help me. They were very friendly and took me to the right aisle. The prices were great! They had many different discounts in that day. So, I'll come again!

This Superstore has lots of selection and good sales. It was pretty clean and organized overall. The staff was helpful, the cashier we got and Ethan were very nice. And the clearance in the back had some awesome stuff!!

I frequent this grocery as it’s convenient and well kept. Recently I ran into some issues regarding a return. As I was returning my items, I had the employee complain about how I was wasting food and how they were going to have to toss my items. A very unprofessional and unnecessary comment that left me feeling unpleasant. I would not recommend a location with such terrible customer service.

I bought sirloin tip steaks. A four pack since I was having company.
What an embarrassment ?
They were tough as leather even though they were marinated and cooked to medium rare.
Don’t waste your money on meat from Superstore.

Monika is an amazing cashier! I was flustered. Mid move forgot mt carrier for my service dog and she went the extra mile helping me load my bags.
I always have a good experience shopping here. Managers must be amazing

I went to this grocery store earlier with my 2 young girls and we always get a cart. I didn't have my coin I usually use so I asked if a cart could be unlocked for me which I was met with a rude stare and a no stating they don't unlock them due to the people taking them but I could purchase a new coin for $2.00
Since when do I have to purchase a coin to use a shopping cart when in a grocery store!
Worst shopping experience ever and the yellow onions in the produce were disgusting.

At least every other week, one of my packs of meat look OK but smells disgusting and it is not at its best before date and it was not discounted. The corporate customer service won’t do anything and the store won’t do anything. They won’t take back open meat, but you can’t smell it through the plastic. Not going to be eating anymore money here.
