They never have what we’re looking for, the bathrooms are truly disgusting (to the point we had to change our kid in the car) and then there’s no garbage around anywhere. Yikes..

Since this Superstore is close to my home, I usually do my shopping here. I found 4 day expired yogurt.this store is selling expired yogurt. Two times I confirmed to the manager but he doesn't care he says it's happening because they have a lots of products.I was sorry to my self to but 10 day expired yogurt.so make sure what you buy and eat.

as usual I bought my favorite 2% lactose free creamy Lactantia milk , Oasis mango , carrots ?, orange ? juice and Farmer's market tasty double chocolate muppins.
It's always a pleasure shopping at any Superstore location where you can always find fresh produce , fruits, meat , canned goods and prescription drugs to name a few at affordable prices.

Since this Superstore is close to my home, I usually do my shopping here. However, in the last period, 3-4 times the alarm went off at the exit, as if it was treated as a suspicious transaction - stolen, and I was very embarrassed. The security guard or the customer service staff saw that there was no problem when the device caught hold. The loud alarm went off, I was very embarrassed because this market was busy and the grocery cart was locked at the exit. I guess there is a system malfunction. But the attitudes of the security guard and the staff offended me. That's why I don't want to shop in this market. I have never witnessed so many alarms going off in other markets.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because of Charles from the Customer Service who's patient and nice but the Manager with the name Frieda is very rude and hostile. I made a mistake and was short one item during my purchase. I return my items to take advantage of the points offer and tried to re-purchase the whole thing again to which Frieda yelled "Why didn't you tell the cashier right away so she can suspend the transaction? You're making things complicated for us. It's so confusing" in front of other staffs and customers. I told her that I realized that I made the mistake after paying therefore I went to customer service right away. I paid with my points which they put in a gift card. Frieda slammed the gift card and my receipt on the counter. Frieda also yelled at me twice while verbalizing "What else do you want? What else do you want?" I asked them to just return everything and left the items in the cart as this was not a good customer service at all. Frieda yelling at a customer/me is absurd and unacceptable as if she never made a mistake in her life. I left the store and took my business to St Albert Superstore with more friendly and nice staffs where I got my points that I wanted. Attached is the receipt of my purchase at St Albert Superstore.

My experience at this store has gradually become less and less enjoyable. For the last three times that I've been here, I've spent a minimum of 10 minutes waiting at the customer service before getting acknowledged by an employee. Further, the layout and look of the store itself is rather bland and uninspiring. It's very open concept where it doesn't need to be (ie. back corner filled with seafood troughs) and very cramped and claustrophobic where it shouldn't be (ie. bakery through the entire checkout area and customer service). There's no way that this could be addressed without a major rebuild of the structure, so my solution is to simply shop elsewhere. Bon voyage!

You cannot price match to their OWN company of no frills.... But I've gone to no frills 2 weeks ago to price match to superstore without issue. They limit way to much stuff and give attitude about it. Also always a terrible experience at their pharmacy, they think you should know exactly how the pharmacy works... And have extreme attitude and confusion

I regularly go to this store but today an old lady probably from Afghanistan at 3:30PM misbehaved. First of all, she has to wear a name tag, which she didn’t. She ask me to hold for me potatoes and onions so she can scan. When I asked for barcode scanner first she refused and when I insisted that I cannot hold these items, then she gave me to scan. Actually, scanning is not our job and they have to do but when we help them, instead of saying thanks, giving lecture is not what we are there. In fact management is weak, otherwise conducting ghost survey to go like a customer and see how these 70 years old ladies behave you. People come tired from work but when someone don’t know how to treat customer is really pain in the a…

Lady at the front desk helped me get a cart and brought it out for me which was very kind. All employees were nice and the aisles were easy to navigate.
