I can't remember his name, if you ever see my posts you know names are my thing. But he and this other younger woman seem to be the only people who work there. But they're both awesome. Especially him. No matter how late or early it is dude always seems to be in a good mood

This was my banking branch for over six years. I rarely interacted with the personnel as I usually used the ATM machine. This year, however, I booked an appointment with an advisor to ask about opening a line of credit. I went there with my friend who had agreed to be my cosigner. The lady who was supposed to help us was extremely rude and unwilling to explain. She looked down upon me for my country of origin and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The experience left me traumatized. My partner and I planned to buy out home with RBC but have changed our mind after this experience and are switching to CIBC.

Always a massive lineup, and only a couple of tellers. Without fail. Unless you have 30 minutes to waste on a basic transaction, definitely go elsewhere. I know the big banks have really been suffering, and can't afford more staff, but this location is exceptionally brutal.

if I haev negative star , I will not hesitate to do it , very bad customer service , I changed the legal name in the registry and want to update the name in the bank , they said 3 business days but they didint change , I called them twice to rush and no change , when I went to the branch , tey said they need additional documents but they didnt call or notify me about it unless went there to know that .I would prefer to choose more professional bank

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO STAR, I WOULD. Don’t waste your time, horrible service and incompetent management (which I’m sick of experiencing). My account will closed immediately, so I don’t have to bother with them again.

Royal Bank like all the big banks aren't going to read this nor do they care. I'm not going to name names but there was one loan officer that was absolutely terrible. She caused us to lose out on a an interest rate we agreed upon and now costing us more in our mortgage payments. And all I got out of this person was a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. We went to another in that branch and this person did help us out but was also puzzled by the previous banker's service. But complain as I am....they still win and big bank has got our money.

Terrible.slowest service ever. As I'm waiting I'm watching a gray haired lady teller laugh and point with another customer AT another customer.. nobody is in any type of hurry and by hurry I mean even help..jeez. manager looked like he checked out of life.

I appreciate that the tellers talked me through on how to accept an e-transfer!I have a new personal account which have a virtual debit VISA card! Thanks to Nathania! She is most thorough in all my needs! Her help is well appreciated! Thank you!The only problem I have with this branch is the ATM! It is only available during working hours! I don’t feel safe walking up to the drive by window! Why not use a debit card access? Other banks do so!

No ATM when the bank is closed. Also they declined a SECURED credit card application for a foreign student and ignored my written feedback/request for information about their decision.

Why is access to the ATM machines at this location 10843 82 Ave only available during banking hours for withdrawing cash? Drive-thru ATM is the same - no cash dispensed.

Customer service here is horrible... Hire better manger. First of all I wrote email to the manager and we got to respond after two weeks. Secondly we went there to get help about our account. She called us liar I never had this bad experience in my life in Canada. The managers need to be ahead of the good lead and Good example. Unfortunately, my heart is broken And she is a manager I don’t know who I can complain. Her name is Rita she’s a branch manager. We closed our account and never going back to The RBC

Customer service here is horrible.... Hire better staff. Instead of challenging the customer about why they should waive fees, and demand why I think my fees should be waived, a simple no would have been fine. I wouldn't have asked for my fees to be waived if it wasn't waived before.Learn to treat your customers well.

Was walking past with my wife and we noticed a teenager sleeping outside at the bank. It seemed odd as it's a very loud location. We tried to wake the kid up, but no luck. This teen was cold to the touch! Bank had only been closed for 30 minutes which means that they had a long time to come out and do something for the community. Instead they locked the doors and walked passed. Pretty disgusting behavior. While I know it's not the bank's responsibility to help everyone on the street it seems very inconsiderate. Contemplating the removal of my accounts with RBC after this incident as it's a bad reflection on the business.Have a little decency.
