0 stars would be more accurate. Extremely slow service with no pleasantries or personality. I hate that I have to pick up my parcels from here, other than that I go to Oxford shoppers because you are in and out in minutes instead of standing in a crowded, dingy building for a half hour.

What a terrible place. My envelope (with no stamp) has more personality.Canada post, it's disappointing that a place like this continues to operate. Not even bare minimum service standards are being met here. Miserable dwelling, I can't stand that I have to go Herr.

Always cold and rude service here, not friendly at all, it's been that way for years now. I so wish the Post office at the 7-11 on 132ave. and 82 street had not closed down, it was always friendly and pleasant there.

3 different businesses out of this location. They don't answer their phone had to get the next door business Quiznos t walk over and tell them to answer the phone check their online reviews 2.3 out of 5 bad customer service related to the Canada post depot

We were met by a woman who is not tall. Not pleasant in communication, I asked her to advise, she sold me the most expensive services. I do not recommend this place, I would like people to be honest, and this woman seller was disgustingly tactless.

I try to avoid this post office as much as I can, but it's where my packages that couldn't be delivered unfortunately go to and I really wish I could change it. As others have said the employees there are often rude and curt with you, and I stopped going there to ship things out because they're incredibly slow at getting the information put together. Waiting for them to put together your international package takes twice as much time as it does at other Canada Post locations, and I've had the person that was at the cash register working on my parcel stop to talk to another employee more than once.

By far the worst Canada Post location in the whole city. The people who work there have zero customer service and super rude. Take action and share your experiences in the feedback link on your receipt to make Canada Post aware of the joke that is happening in this location. If you need a post office, AVOID this one and go elsewhere.

I have visited more than a 100 canada post offices and i have never seen such a rude person like the lady working in this particular office she needs to change her attitude or she’ll freak out people

This business definitely doesn't pick up the phone. Off to check if they are open I guess. States it's open till 8pm tonight. As the last update was done by the business.

This place which Canada Post uses to have customers pick up their parcels decided yo hassle and discriminate against those with medical exemptions (and doctor's notes!) to wearing a mask.One lady provided service while the other ranted and raved causing a scene that no one could come in without a mask. Terrible service for those with disabilities.
