Beware!
After I purchased my car, I fixed it only once (driver-side mirror and door). They were nice while fixing it but later I found that my expensive windshield protection film was gone because of a rock chip. They did not take responsibility because I didn't have any evidence (I don't know how I can have an evidence for what happened at the shop). Please be careful (they did 3M film on my mirror and door after fixing it, and they are quite bad, too.).

Yes, you are right. It is my fault that I did not examine the windshield after you fixed my car. If it did not crack because of the rock chip, I would not know it even now. (I did not even dream that anyone would take the film off while fixing the door and side mirror.) That is also why I am telling others to be aware of the possibility. You said "we didn’t even know u had anything on the windshield" but you saw the receipt of windshield protection film installation. You may not touch the film but I also know that you outsourced the protective film and you did not observe car for a while so who knows what happened during the mean time. I don't have a proof that you took it off and you don't have a proof that you did not peel it off, either.
I am also not sure why it is not acceptable to write a review one year after the service (as you said it was fixed Aug, and reported the lost windshield Apr. I was busy on other things for a while.) I want others know what may happen to them. That is what the Google reviews are for.
My wife even does not want to redo the poorly done 3M films at your place because she worries that you may do something worse.
The bottom line fact is that I spent hundreds of dollars on windshield protection film because I don't like a cracked windshield, but now I have a cracked windshield w/o protective film, and Public Auto Body was the only one shop the car was except my garage. I know that it was ripped off while it was there (just don't have a physical proof).

Highly recommended. I took my vehicle to public autobody they did great work talked to insurance and figured everything out for me. I didn’t have to do anything garry took care of everything. Car looks like brand new.
