Overall, I have had a good experience with probeauty. The communication on pick up orders have been slow a couple of times but typically it is good. Also, the ladies I have encountered in store have been friendly and helpful.

I am disappointed by their customer service. I know its late to write a review now but this thing has been bothering me a lot. I went for a facial about a month ago. One of my Friend's friend is a student there and was getting trained . She offered me to get a facial from her as this will also help her practice more and they were also going to charge me less because she is a student.I was happy to go there and help her learn more. Everything was good, she did a great job. However, the main thing that triggered me was the receptionist. There were two ladies at the reception. When I was paying, one of them whispered to other that 'taking advantage of student' . I mean are you serious???? I was there to help my friend to learn more and practice so that she can give her client a better services and you guys are commenting this about me???This is seriously very upsetting. I was thinking to come back again after a week to get another facial but after hearing tjose comments. Noo!! I didn't go and I would never come back there and never recommend.Thanks!

I would never shop at this dystopian store. Wolf the owner, has decided to not allow us to use legal tender being that cash! So ridiculous, to lose business over that. Apparently Covid is the excuse and then they just decided to continue. There are far better products on the market now than what they offer anyway. And anyone becoming an aesthetician using this school, you better be the best of the best or you’ll never make it in the industry and that’s a fact. Mediocrity will get you nowhere. Truth.

Went in to pick up an online order. Realaized i needed to exchange for a different color.There was no information given that the exchange would void the points i have earned from prior purchases. And that i was going to be charged full price and not straight accross exchange. Was very displeased with the service from the one lady. All in all i will be switching fully to the other products i use and not be returning.
