What a great store! I ordered this jellycat from Ottawa when there was a shortage of Amuseable Bouquet of Flowers in Canada. I even thought it would be a pre-order or my order would be cancelled, but to my delight, I got it in just one week! This efficiency is much better than the jellycat store in Ontario!

I highly recommend! I ended up ordering some items and I recieved a phone call just to confirm where to ship (as I included 2 addresses just in case in cost more as I have a PO Box) and the staff member was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The package came promptly and it was wrapped perfectly and addressed to my kiddos. Very clean and very well packaged. Very high quality items. Definitely shop here!

Really fast delivery out of the store. A lot of rare Jellycat items, I got my flower bouquet just in time before my wedding. Would recommend!

I loved this shop! ❤️ The staff were so friendly and took the time to show me all the relevant products. I really appreciated that they asked about my budget and showed me items that were well within my limit. I bought gifts for two of my friends' newborn babies and will be very happy to return if I need to buy more gifts!

Delivery was super quick. I was under the impression it would take up to 3 days, it took less than 3 hours. Only (very minor) complaint is that a heads up (out for delivery notice) would have been appreciated. Item is super cute.
