I've been going to this pharmacy for my regular therapy for over a year. Dimitri, Brenda and all the staff will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, check your prescriptions for coverage and even prescribe medications that are covered to save you money. They have students cycling throughout semester changes and many new faces entering the field willing to learn. I feel sorry that others in the reviews had bad experiences with this pharmacy, I know that even the with best intentions people can make mistakes and cause embarrassment or not be aware that they have created an uncomfortable experience for visitors. I promise that the staff here care deeply for their customers and are willing to correct their behavior if you give them a chance. I had a good pharmacy before moving here but did not realize I could have a great pharmacy until I settled on this one.

If you are a trans patient I would not reccomend coming here. It is clear the staff here either never interact with the transgender community or simply do not care about them and I'm not sure which is worse. My preferred pronouns are on my chart and i was misgendered by every single person I interacted with in the building. Not only that but they seemed down right incompetent, as I was there to receive a testosterone injection and they poorly explained the process, making it a lot more confusing than it needed to be. If you identify as trans, stay away, as I felt humiliated by how I was treated.

The staff is always so kind, I go here for picking up medications and vaccinations. Always quick service, the pharmacists are always very supportive, and informative.I regularly come here for snacks too and their discount section is always filled with a wonderful variety!I can't imagine a better I.D.A. than the one here in Primrose!

This pharmacy has the friendliest and most helpful pharmacists! A small community pharmacy. A nice short wall from home and a little bit of everything. From dog food, to seasonal decor to nail polish and greeting cards. This pharmacy is great.

Well in all my medical years, I have to say Absolutely best pharmacy team i have dealt with, Through some challenging situations they were able to step up and help our family, plus they make you feel very comfortable and safe talking about your personal medicine concerns, No matter where my family lives they always be our go to pharmacy.
