Absolutely astounding! I embarked on a quest for the perfect pet sweater, and lo and behold, I stumbled upon a treasure trove of sweaters and jackets in sizes that would make even the tiniest of furballs strut their stuff! The customer service was so out-of-this-world amazing that I half-expected them to offer a red carpet for my pet. They truly care about your furry friends. 100% recommended – I'd give them 11 out of 10 if I could!

A lot of dog supplies and accessories like many clothing and even cute hats. I think this is now my favourite pet store for dog accessories. The worker was also very kind and gave my dog some treats?I bought a shirt and a carry backpack for my dog! Thank you very much I love it

Fantastic store!! Very knowledgeable and helpful regards our dog having allergies to dry food. All 3 of our dogs are now loving their new raw diet. Free delivery is available, but I always make a point of buying in store as the service is first class.

Poochie Moochie has phenomenal customer service! The staff are very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. When I was pregnant, they went as far as carrying my dog food to my vehicle for me. On top of great service, the shelves are always stocked with top notch products! From accessories, to toys, treats and raw food - I shop here confidently, knowing my dog is getting the best. I’ve never been happier to support a local business! ?

We get out raw dog food delivered to our door from Poochie moochie! Would highly recommend! Lori was very personal and helpful when we went to seeking information when we first changed over to a raw food diet for our bernedoodle

Literally the most amazing customer service ever!!! Destany helped guide me on raw food choices and is super knowledgeable. The owner, Lori is also awesome. My puppy had a bit of an upset stomach when she transitioned to raw food for the first time so I texted Lori asking what she recommends. She was out doing errands and stopped by my place with a product called slippery elm. Had instructions with it too. I was shocked she went out of her way to do this for a customer! Absolutely amazing. While there are some items Poochie Moochie doesn’t have due to size, I always get what I can from them so I am not only supporting an Edmonton local business but all Canadian brands too!

Went here couple weeks ago and Destany was amazing!! She gave me all the information I need as a new pet mom. She very knowledgeable and made a lot of good suggestions on what’s best and what’s to avoid for dogs to keep them healthy. Overall, my experience is awesome and will definitely go back here!

Staff were extremely knowledgeable about products. As someone new to giving their pet a raw diet, it was super helpful that they could answer all my questions. I love their delivery service option as well, super convenient!

Love this Store and the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. This store has some great items that I have not been able to find anywhere else. The store owner is hands on and you can really see her love of animals and wanting to provide top of the line products at great prices. Highly recommend you shop here either online or instore you will not be disappointed.

Amazing service, above and beyond. Go here you wont regret it! I called into the store and no one answered but almost immediately after the owner had called me back. I didn't even leave a message but she took the time out of her day to call me back. Lori, the owner, was able to tell me different raw dog food brands and also provide me with a very details overview on which brands would be the best ones to get. I had to switch out brands and didn't really know where to start but she was very knowledgeable and provided so much information completely unprompted. When I went to the store today, Lori had even gone the extra mile to let her staff on shift Destany know I was coming, provided her with a summary of what we spoke about. I decided on a reccommend brand and at the till my dog was given some complimentary treats too! Both staff on site and the owner go above and beyond, I am so thankful I made the call! It was such a great experience. I came out a lot more knowledgeable and really happy with the product.

This store is my go to for everything for my fur babies. The whole staff is amazing Amber is the best and so is the owner Lori. I love how no matter what I need they have it or a better option. Never feel pressure to purchase anything, I always tell everyone to go to poochie Moochie. Thanks for being an amazing store.
