Ordered from here for the first time and definitely have no complaints! Easy to navigate website and find what you need quickly. Ordered Thursday night and rec’d Tuesday night in TBay ON. Now that’s impressive! The package label made me giggle ? but I understand why you do it … thank you for that extra bit of security hopefully keeping someone from being immediately inclined to steal it. Did not have to contact customer service but I imagine from the reviews they are outstanding. Was well packaged with no exterior or interior damage. Will definitely ? order from here again when in need. Thanks POV for a very positive experience!

Used to love going to this vape shop because the shop is open late, and the employees were friendly and helpful.Well I will never be giving them my buisness again, after finding out they treat their staff like garbage and getting rid of two of my favorite employees it is clear they care more about numbers than actual customer service, and thier employees.The vibe in the place is awful over a few weeks I notice more and more cameras installed which to me shows there is no trust in the employees.While I was there purchasing some juice I over heard who I could only assume is the manager speaking to employee in tagalog, that he cannot wait to fire some of the employees for reasons only regarding there race.I wish I could give 0 stars.

Shipping policy is a lie. Says if you order after 3pm they ship same day. I ordered on September 9th and as of the 16th my order still hasnt shipped. Was told by costume service that it would ship no later then Friday the 15th and that I would get an email from him when it shipped but no email and no shipment.

This is a good store in a tucked away corner of businesses. They have quite a large selection of everything one would need, I bought my vape somewhere else a while back but they have the coils I need which is great. Check it out!
