Prices have escalated to exorbitant/ crazy amounts. A regular dog toy 28.99....2 people working in the building. I till open, quite a wait to pay.Mainly, it is the huge jump in prices!

They have lots and lots of fish ? Very clean and well stocked and my grandkids love all the toys for our cats...fun??

Attentive and very friendly staff. I sometimes get my pet needs here, especially if on sale! LoL!But some of their items has a lower price compared to Walmart, like cat litters, petfoods and toys.

Has what you need and is convenient. A lot of the toys and beds are quite expensive and could be found cheaper online. This store seems to have lineups often and it is also hard to find assistance when needed. This is not the employees fault by any means. The store is constantly under staffed. Not sure if this is an economy problem or a management problem. I go for crickets as there are not many alternatives for buying live crickets.

Our dog recently went on a hunger strike after we bought raw dog food from here.. she does t understand the return policy… we are hoping our dog gives in… we really like her and want her to eat

Wonderful staff. They were busy moving stock didn't get what I wanted . Got one thing I needed. I will be back.Always friendly greetings and generally quick response and help.Today was off but they were busy moving stock and I didn't feel the need to interrupt I can come back.It's always a joy at this place.
