Definitely my pupper’s favorite groomer - Kenny. He loves them and they made sure that my doggo has less anxiety after every visit. I drive 20min to this store foe the grooming because of Kenny, we will go where Kenny goes!

My Pomeranian, Ember, has anxiety and a tendency to nip at people. Having warned the staff I was put at ease with them reassuring me that all would be well. Upon pick up it was wonderful to see a very happy pooch. :).
Kenny took their time putting Ember at ease and ‘getting acquainted’ before I left her to be groomed.
It was also great to get a ‘paws-formance’. It’s good to know how your pet behaves while you’re away.
Thank you Kenny for a great first time experience with PetSmart grooming centre.

8.25 pm Oct 5 2024.. told bathrooms are not for customers.. and locked. No one helped me. Excuse cashier said was not enough staff.

Took my dog in for a grooming and there was a new person working named Felix , and he did not complete the grooming and refused to because the dog wasn’t standing up . Which I find very lazy and incompetent. Another thing is that he used the trimmer and expanded my dogs wound , only cut some of his nails . I would never recommend !!

Felix did a great job doing a bath and brush on my brittany! My dog came back clean, de-sheded, and happy. Thanks Felix!

Took a gamble and went to the store to pick up my online order even though I didn't get even ONE email saying that the order was accepted or fulfilled. When I told the clerk, she was very rude - said it was in my Junk Mail (which it wasn't) and she didn't offer an apology or any other consolation. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon. I would have given just one star, but the order was correct, so a little credit is due.

Products prices on shelf many times does not match price at cashier. When I address it same cashier says " they change prices without telling us." Really guess they need to learn same lesson as Loblaws and the bread price fixing. This has happened multiple times in past 7 months.

I visited the store today around 0700pm to purchase some fish ,the staffs were very rude.They are not even ready to clarify my doubts.Not even smiling. I just walk away. I can't tolerate more than this.

They messed up my pets cut she had a cut by her mouth. My dog didn't want to go back and brought her back there just to see her reaction, showing me she didn't want to go in. Listen to your pets and pay attention to them they are like children.
