Came to this store to purchase two aquarium lights. Depart manager made minimal effort to look a few seconds to be exact
. Store manager told me that their inventory was wrong at that I would either have to drive to the Tera location or South Edmonton. One of the employees at the till said that they had 3 of them. Went to the back and proceeded to grab them. He went above and beyond to help find the products I was looking for. In his actions to grab the items he physically had to move the ladder from the retail floor to the back. This clearly showed that the department manager didn’t look as well as the store manager not caring. I’m very disappointed in the management at this location. Thank you to the employee who went above and beyond to locate the items!

Adopted a lovely little kitten who is very sweet, healthy and well socialized. Thanks to Malia for her kind assistance throughout the adoption process.
I must have picked the wrong time of day as the store was very busy with a long line-up waiting for the only available cashier. Like many places in Edmonton right now, there are plenty of customers but not an abundance of staff.
The staff were very pleasant and worked as efficiently as they could.

Great team at this store. Love finding reasons to come and shop though I must admit I take advantage of the free delivery a lot. Great prices.Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Today I purchased on line and ordered the wrong food for my dog. When I went to pick up the manager asked if that was intentional. We replaced right away. I would not have noticed until I got home.
Thank you so much. It’s rare to get noticed these days. Love it!!

I am extremely disappointed with the terrible treatment we received at your grooming salon. We have been frequent clients, regularly bringing our dog for nail trims, so we decided to schedule a complete spa appointment for her. However, when we arrived today, there was a complete lack of communication and professionalism.
First, we were never informed that proof of rabies vaccination was required for the appointment, despite the fact that we’ve brought our dog here many times before. This is something that should have been mentioned when the appointment was scheduled.
Additionally, we arrived 7 minutes early to ensure we weren’t late, but instead of being accommodating, the staff rudely told us to leave and come back later, even when we were the only ones there. When I refused to leave and said I
would wait, the attitude only got worse.
When asked about my dog’s vaccinations, I explained that she was up-to-date and that there should be a record of her vaccinations on file since we’re regular customers. Instead of checking, the staff demanded the vet’s phone number, which I didn’t have on hand since the dog belongs to my daughter. Even after we provided the name and location of the vet, the staff didn’t offer any assistance and instead gave us unfriendly looks and attitude. They brought over another employee who repeated the same unhelpful information about the vaccination proof, which we had never been told about before.
Overall, the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the moment we walked in. Due to this horrible experience, we will never be returning to your salon. You have just lost a loyal customer.

Always enjoy shopping here till recently. Will be ordering dog food from Amazon. Manager was busy wanting to smoke vs fixing a small issue.
Went back to store. And no help. Was in there for 40 mins. Even asked for help. pet value will be our new pet store.

Two days ago there was a woman who went to go return her items, and a very racist worker named Jordan accused her of being a thief simply because she’s native I have multiple pets and have been shopping at PetSmart for 5 years and now being new to the city, I know to never ever go to this location. If you don’t support racism in anyway, I highly suggest you don’t support or report Jordan

Called on Saturday to inquire about nail trims, I was explained that I didn’t need an appointment because they do nail trims by walk-ins. Went here on Thursday (4days later).because I wanted to get my dogs nails trim before camping and was informed that I would need and appointment and that there groomers close before the store. All things I called about on Saturday. I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of costumer service this location has ☹️
