Only 1 shower is kept open out of the 4 at night for 30+ people and after a 14 hrs shift everyone has to wait in line for another 14 hrs to be able to take a shower which is unacceptable,the pumps however to spend 800$ on fuel are open...

Shower not the cleanest, and not the most well maintained. Water was hot but very little pressure. No paper towel in the washroom and tiny little bench blocked by the wall mounted garbage. Needs a Reno/update. Pretty poor facility for a major city.

Clean your showers,we are drivers not idiots,your duty is not to just stand at front,there are showers at the back that needs to be clean after every use.There were bugs even in their washrooms.

Problem 1, they were burning an incense that caused me to have an asthma attack as I'm allergic to artificial scents.Problem 2, I watched a uniformed employee handling garbage from outside and then proceeded to watch them prepare food for a customer without washing there hands or putting gloves on.Problem 3, the showers are absolutely disgusting and I will never be stepping foot into that facility again.

This place use to be amazing. Now the service is horrible. Don't greet you, hardly acknowledge you when you are at till. The guy that works outside spends more time on his phone instead of working holding people up from getting fuel. If it wasn't a work account I would never come back!!

Well I stopped here to refuel today and wanted to use the washroom. It says the washroom and showers are just for petropass holders, which I have, but when I put in pump 8 to use the washroom a it comes up unauthorized. I use my petropass everywhere else to use washrooms but this place won't let you use it. Of course today is Sunday so in typical fashion there is no one here to answer why they won't let me use the washrooms. I ended up going to the flying j down the road and from now on won't fuel at this place ever again.
