I never go to Petro-Canada .... for anything. But, it was the first business that I saw open on my way to work yesterday. So, I stopped in to buy some lotto tickets as gifts. Very friendly service and clean store. I was pleasantly surprised.

I bought premium car washes and my mirrors were all dusty. And the manager told me that it’s soft touch car wash when i paid 15 dollars for it and i should wipe my mirrors myself, that this wash will not take the dust off the mirrors.

Hi my experience with this petro Canada and this is my 3rd time going there at night and I’ve been there in the day also dut you night time lady is the slowest person in the world it takes her 5 min to get what you order. This yong lady looks completely unprofessional,like she hates her job and any customer that goes through there can see she does not like the customers and I’m sorry but that looks terrible for your business to have someone like her working for a very good company. your employees are all respectful and polite, she shouldn’t even work a night shift she’s that disrespectful.

Not sure if you guys were recently robbed or something. But coming there this morning at 5:15, and denied access to store, only to have to speak to cashier thru Dropbox, means I'm never coming to your location again other than gas. I can't imagine the money you guys are losing by this experiment. I want to buy drinks, snacks whatever, see the options myself. Maybe hire security instead

Went for a car wash thinking my car was clean . She. I got to my destination I noticed the car was still dirty. I went back after telling them and they said it was too late I already left there’s nothing they can do. Never going back again terrible customer service .I had my proof of receipt and barcode proving that I washed my car and they still didn’t care

Terrible service. Went through the car wash that snapped the mirror off of my car. No one has reached out or made any effort to make things right. Will never spend another dollar at this location again. Brutal..

She said she can’t hear me from the car wash button telling me to come inside and pay when I already did wouldn’t help me figure out the car wash and refused to let me use the bathroom
