Consumer be aware that after paying for the best carwash Petro Canada sells for $14.99 your car it won't be clean, according to teller this is normal and he suggested I should hand wash it after if I wanted it clean. He said this is good and as clean it will get for his standards. Eventually he gave me an other wash for the basic wash which made absolutely no difference. This took event on Thursday, February 22 at 9:42am

Every time when the petro Canada app doesn’t load, they refuse to provide customer with a car wash voucher. But every other location is able to offer onetime car wash quickly.

Tried to car wash here yesterday but I couldn’t make it out due to the car wash was closed. But there’s no sign of the closure. I saw a few cars came in for the car wash but couldn’t make it either.

Worst Petro Canada location. Car wash was closed for some reason and they refused to issue a ticket to be used the next time. Waste of time and also the car wash.Clerk couldn't communicate and had no idea that the car wash was closes of.Do not visit this location for anything

Untrained cashier 0 stars. Doesn’t know how to issue car wash ticket with petro points. Waste of my time to drive there for car wash.

Says 24hrs but rang the service bell 2x with no answer. No closed signage. No hours of operation sign. And doors were locked.

Awful customer service. 2 months ago bought a car wash and was told they have a great deal so I bought 2 car washes. I was told there is a 6 month expiry. Used the first car wash the same day then went in today to use the second car wash but was told that I can’t use it since it’s not valid. I asked to speak with the manager but the rep just called himself and spoke with the other person in their own language and told me there’s nothing they can do and that I have to call customer service. There was nothing else written on the receipt about an expiry date. They shouldn’t make a claim if they can’t uphold it.

Worst car wash in Edmonton, don't waste your money. Went today and paid for the super wash, couldn't be more disappointed. Car was not even close to dry, bad streaks left all over from the mats upon exiting, soap not rinsed off in multiple areas. I asked the store clerk for a refund, he gave me a free basic wash.Why would I take my care back through a car wash that I just complained about.I'll never go back and nor should you.
