The electronic keypads at the pump are so slow. It took 3 minutes to just get to paying for my gas. Wish they didn’t have to change them from the original ones that worked in all weather.

Im the only guy in here walkin in to grab a slurpee as recommended by my kids dentist after his treatment nearby. Anyway, theres 3 flips workin behind the counter and 2 at a&w. She just stares at me not understsnding im at the counter waiting to pay. Why does the customer have to request assistance in this scenario, that too at the damn counter?

I paid for a full tank of gas and their gas pump wasn’t working and they wouldn’t give me my money. They also had me waiting there for 20 minutes.

Don't use this carwash. Went through and it cracked my windshield. They didn't help at all or offer any reimbursement.

I had a terrible experience at this car wash. After going through their wash, I noticed multiple scratches on my car that weren't there before. To make matters worse, the car wasn't even cleaned properly. There were still visible dirt spots, streaks, and watermarks all over. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that not only fails to deliver but also damages your vehicle. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values their car. Avoid it at all costs!

Yup like everyone here has said this car wash and customer service here SUCKS. Car wash doesn't even clean your car properly and they do not issue rewashes. If I could make it 0 star I would.

I think I will be looking for a different location with a carwash as this one misses both the center of the front and rear bumper of a midsized SUV. There must be an adjustment that can be made.

I have been coming here for about a decade, getting gas, car washes and snacks. Today when I walked up I noticed a SUV with no handicap signage in the handicap parking spot. When I mentioned it to the staff, the guy smiled like it was a joke. Do something I said to the guy who continued to smile.My aunt spent 30 years in a chair, the founder of the company I worked at was in a walker. Those spots allowed them to access places of business. They depended on staff saying “can you please move, this spot is for people with reduced mobility.”Smiling is not an appropriate response and thus today you lost a 10 year customer. There are other options for gas stations on my route.

Horrible Car Wash! Do not waste your money! Even worse than the car wash is the customer service!! Refused to allow me a rewash despite showing them what their car wash brushes left on my car!

Car wash temperory closed. They should have it reported on Google as I just drove all the ways there for no reason.
