The parrots here are very clearly handled and taken care of as they’re extremely gentle and social, and the woman who helped us out was very knowledgeable. This was not our experience at a different Petland where every single bird tried to attack. One punctured my partner’s finger.

Visited your location always interested in viewing hedgehogs( have 4 wonderful hogs) and noticed the lack of care towards the one hog in the store. One thin blanket on the ground and a red light(typically used to mimic uv for lizards) instead of a ceramic light bulb for constant heat. Hogs need to be kept in an enclosure between 75 to 80 degrees and I can tell you he/she was not and could possibly enter hibernation which could kill the poor hog. If I didn’t have a full house of hogs I would’ve taken him right out of the store. I hope the hog finds its forever home with a special person who’ll treat him with care unlike this store.

Nothing like the petland in Windermere. That location is much better and has more friendly staff too.

This store/location, is mint! The boss man (manager) this evening was awesome .. great service ? the staff was really helpful in helping me get all my new puppies supplies.. big selection as well.

A cute little zoo and pet shop. There are some small rodents and small birds here. Pet food and accessories can be found here in sufficient quantities.

Store is very clean and animals well cared for. However, customer service is very lacking. I come at least 3 times a month and I often wait 20+ minutes for help in the fish/reptile section.

Literally was just there, she didn’t give me a reciept I don’t know why you wouldn’t just slide it in the bag when someone buys hundred dollars worth of bird toys, got home not even 10 minutes later, realized she didn’t ask me if I had club pet I also didn’t think of it as I had a screaming toddler, no avail can’t do anything without a reciept, lucky me overpriced bird toys, never shopping at petland again. Make sure you get your receipt and if you have club pet remember to scan it cause obviously they don’t ask.
Edit- she also didn’t put any of my dogs chews in the bags!!? UGH thanks! Is this your way of scamming people?

Today I was waiting at the cash register for at least 10 min. The girls who clocked off made an announcement over the PA for someone to come assist, but after much waiting, finally one of the girls who already clocked off came to help me.....this was very nice of her considering she's off the clock and now working for free..but I appreciate her helping me. My issue is a manger who is no were to be found, while his staff is on the floor handling adoptions and the other staff, I'm sure would like to leave. Perhaps next time the manager could have prioritized the cash register, as the store is not just a petting zoo, people are there to get in and get out. Thank you to the off the clock employee, you rock! To the Manager ..do better.. customers shouldn't be waiting for 10 min to pay!
