I come to this store all the time. And never have I ever been treated so badly and laughed at by the two managers working October 5 2024 @ approximately 2:15 pm.
I expressed concerns with their white cockatoo being extremely itchy, as I’ve grown up with birds all my life. They said it was cause he hides food in his feathers. lol no! Then they basically challenged my knowledge of birds. As they ignorantly laughed in my face. So expressing concern of the welfare of an animal now gets you ignorant , laugh in your face , you don’t know sh—! Attitude from employees,, I will never come back to this store. I will report to humane society/animal advocates, consumer relations/ district manager (If I can find him/her) hopefully I can upload videos ,, well I found out the name of the district manager. So now I just need to find a contact #

I wish i took a picture of the appalling scene that was the cat adoption section. The cats were literally mere inches away from 8-10 feces. One cat was literally just laying in the litter box filled half full of feces. Meanwhile they have 3 women sitting in the office next to this section doing nothing and they just opened so they had time to prepare the store and actually care for these animals. I was so absolutely disgusted from this place and I will NEVER set foot near this horribly ran business.

My visit to Petland Manning today was utterly appalling due to the shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior of an employee named Toni. From the moment I walked in, Toni's disrespectful and dismissive attitude was evident. She was huffing, rolling her eyes, and interrupting me constantly. Her arrogance and lack of basic customer service skills were astounding. This is unacceptable and not what I expect from a business that prides itself on customer service. Management needs to take immediate action to address this unprofessional conduct. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not be returning unless significant changes are made.

I visited Petland Manning today and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The employee named Toni who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her behavior was utterly disrespectful, and her service was appallingly poor. She spoke to me in a very discourteous manner, constantly sighing and interrupting me, and her attitude was condescending throughout the interaction. I expect much better from a customer service representative. This experience has left a very negative impression on me, and I urge the management to address this issue promptly.

The workers there do not understand anything about dealing. I came half an hour before closing and chose two birds, but she says we cannot do that because we will close in 20 minutes. I asked her why you didn't tell me when you came, and she said, "I think you came to ask." Haha, how funny.

Poor customer service. We weren’t greeted when we walked in. I had a worker walk over to me after a hamster jumped out of my hand say: “Yeah” and hand me a ‘cuddle bowl’. Nothing else was said and she walked away to go laugh with her coworker. Massive attitude problem. We weren’t asked if we needed help, or if we had any questions. I was so uncomfortable that we just ended up leaving. Super disappointing- I have multiple pets that I needed supplies for (3 dogs, 5 cats, a mouse, and a bearded dragon).
