I absolutely love this pet Planet location.The groomer is great and super friendly.Not to mention the excellent customer service they provide. My dog has severe allergies and I had to change her food at least 3 times until I found the right one. The staff was always super understanding and ready to help me find whatever fit my dog “Luna” needs without any problem.I ? recommend this store. I went to other locations but by far this is the pet store to go.Thank you for all your help.

I like Pet Planet a lot, it's a great place to shop to keep your dollars in your community and province.I've been to 4 of them in Edmonton. This one being way up north had a very good selection of items. I'm used to my local Pet Planet going above and beyond for me, and while this location would not, I can't fault them too much for being just fine.

These people clearly care about the animals and the guardians that come in! I can ask questions, gush about my own furbabies and the laugh, listen to stories of their animal adventures, and just feel very welcomed and wanted there.PS For all grooming needs see Katie! I have had many many dogs who hated grooming and nails, and they LOVED her!

Got my dog groomed a few weeks back. They did a great job getting the undercoat out but didn't trim his paws, tail or rear end like I had asked when I dropped him off.For 120$ I expected him to be properly groomed and trimmed.

Been shopping at this store for months but when I need their help on a return they shut me down. A bad product but no it's our policy no returns. This is the 3rd time that their product made my dog sick.Hey but who cares it's just a dog they love pets.BS money it king and a value customer means nothing.So I will never go there again. I can spend my money elsewhere.

Pet planet is amazing with milo. Even tho he hates the car ride there, he loves it when we get there and never wants to leave.

I love taking my pup here to pick out a chew as a fun outing. It's smaller than the bigger superstore-type places, but has a great selection, everything one could need.
