The entire staff at Pakmail are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been using them for years to ship collectibles that I sell online and they always have the best advice on how to ensure the items get to the buyers safely and well packaged. They are the best in the business.

They closed before timings and did not pick up the phone in working hours. Totally regretting my decision of change my delivered address from home delivery to pick up from location.

I've been using this Pak Mail location for years now and there's a reason I keep going back! Reception has always been warm and friendly, and they've always sought out the best rates and care of my shipments, and will frequently go the extra mile to assist with my fine art shipments as well as customs forms and all that headachy stuff!

Muaaz and his team did a great job with our shipments. This is a great place for shipping Canadian wine or food gifts cross-border, as the customs docs can be challenging.

The team at Pak Mail south have always been extremely helpful with shipping things overseas. They find the best option to get my packages sent in time and even save me $$ by making sure I'm not sending it in a box bigger than necessary.
