Always a great experience and always treated fantastic. This store takes customer service to a whole new level.
I’ve never had a bad experience and have gotten to know the staff quite well over time.
In my opinion, this is the best luxury clothing store in the entire province. Not just because of their inventory. But the staff themselves.
If you’re looking for the best clothing brands and excellent customer service this is the place.

This store absolutely disgust me.. I went there on my birthday hoping to treat myself..I mY have not been dressed to the nines but I'm a mother of three and only had an hour To go shopping..not only did they just stair and not help they had security kick me out I was so insulted.and so hurt I dumped my. Opulence has always been my go to spot in Alberta! Always have the best quality pieces and the staff is always able to put together the best outfits for any occasion. Always my first stop when coming to West Edmonton Mall, and they even ship when I’m out of the city! Thanks for the business and can’t wait to come in again soon.
