Very happy with their service. I was rear ended on a highway my vehicle not drivable they were there very quickly two units showed up directed traffic helped me and gave me some solid advice - from the disaster to the two fellows that came their customer service was above and beyond

I was stranded on the side of the road without cellular data left today and not only did they not help with towing, but the guy on the phone refused to give me the number of a cab company so I could go home. Seems like they only care to take your money, and if they can't, then you can die there - they would not lift a finger. What kind of people are you guys hiring? Shame on this company.

We got put with Shane from Jay's towing. He was quick, friendly, and cared about the vehicle as much as we do. I'd recommend him to anyone with lowered vehicle

Oil country towing has never let me down! These guys are the best. No matter the time of day they are pretty quick to get out and get the job done well. Their drivers provide a great experience and are always good to deal with. Dispatch today helped me find the best option to haul my truck over and the driver was phenomenal! Thank you guys again!

Calling a tow truck is always a stressful experience, but the guys at Oil Country were fast, professional and personable. I had driver Chris, who made the whole process as stress-free as possible and could answer all my questions. He had my car to my mechanic in an expedited time frame (came to my location within 20 minutes when I was quoted up to 2 hours by dispatch; and 4.5 hours by AMA) and in good condition! Went above and beyond to help me with my AMA reimbursement as well. I’d patronize again if I ever had the need for a tow (hopefully not for awhile!)

AJ the the person who took my call was very rude and unprofessional. When trying to discuss a canceled call and trying to escalate the situation calmly to their manager this gentleman was rude short-tempered and proceeded to hang up the phone. This company claims professionality but yet has a short-tempered person handling the phones

Called on Friday and was told no trucks available. Tried to book for Saturday morning and told next day bookings not available. Called Saturday morning and told still too busy.Don't need my business.

Oil Country Towing is very professional & customer oriented. One of my trucks broke down & on QUE 2 & from calling in to the operator that arrived on scene was a blessing. My tow back to the city was affordable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I traveled from Edmonton to retrieve personal belongings from my dad's car, only to find the facility unmanned on the weekend, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced in -30-degree weather. It would have been helpful if there was clear communication about weekend staffing on their website or at the facility entrance. Now, I have to make a second trip on Monday. Disappointing experience overall.I have no opinion about the actual towing services.
