Absolutely awesome people and vehicles. Not only can they answer any question you might have. They are well versed in which path your purchase needs to follow. What's good for you may not be the best idea for me. The speed and way they navigate this process is straightforward and easy to understand. Not one of the sales team will make you feel like they are pulling a fast one. Simply because the thought has never crossed their mind. Repeat customers with a lifelong connection is definitely the plan. If you are looking for an excellent vehicle at reasonable prices and no hassle sales. Friendly and knowledgeable team that didn't try and upsell us. They made buying a car a stress-free experience and gave a good price compared to other lots in the neighborhood.One note is that they only update their website weekly, so call if you want to find out what they have in stock.

Avoid this place! Took my car there for a presale inspection and this people tried to scare the buyers telling them that my car has a expensive steering sensor issue that is not easy to fix..My car just had a wheel alignment done and the codes were not deleted so the clown at the counter couldn't find anything wrong with the car so he had to invent something. another thing that they came up with it's that the rear rotors are rusted, like the 99% of the cars on the road have rust on their rotors ,so according to them ,they all have to be replaced.. they are trying to sell their own rebuilt vehicles ,so obviously they don't like when private seller try to sell their own cars..Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It’s unfortunate I have to even give one star. Cruz (the owner) took advantage of a Ukrainian refugee who worked 260 hours over 5 weeks, and was only paid $500. When approached, Cruz passed blame to one of his employee named Hector. This back of forth continued and neither Hector or Cruz took blame for this. It is extremely disappointing that any employer would treat his employee this way, especially a refugee escaping war. Please save your money, and spend it at a business that values it’s employees and customers!

My gf and I came here to buy a vehicle for her. The experience we had was nothing less than exceptional. They met our needs with the vehicle that we wanted the staff was very inviting and more than pleasant to to deal with along with giving the most bang for our buck. I would definitely go back to purchase another vehicle as well as recommend anyone who reads this to do the same. GO NORTHSTAR!!

I was a student when I apply for a car loan from NAG and did not expect to get approval. However, with NorthStar Auto Group everything is possible. You can even get approved with bad credit history. I am completed satisfied with the quality and price of my car. The customer service is excellent and my special thanks go to Anthony who is always willing to assist his customers 24/7. I feel bad for the owner, Cruz. His service writer "Annette" is going to ruin his business and send customer's running out the door because of how rude she is to clients.
