Sales counter doesn’t acknowledge you’re there, even though there were three people behind the counter and I was the only one in line. Unfriendly and not very helpful. Will not be coming back.

Ordered a tool box that was suppose to be in the next day. The next day comes and about 3pm we called and they said "we arnt sure what happend but would be tomorrow by 11am". We asked if we should call or wait for a call and were told no it will be here. Went into the city for 11(we are 45 mins one way) and it wasnt there. Still in transit, we were not sure if it was actually comimg this time so we went home. 230pm rolls around and we get a call that its in. We asked if there was a discount for the trouble and were just brushed off. Had I not needed the tool box so bad I would have left it for them to deal with and bought something from somewhere else. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Came in last week and accidentally bought the wrong size of rear rotors for my vehicle. Came in on teusday and an employee named Kevin helped both do a stress free and fast return but also helped me locate the correct rotors from another branch.
Kevin was professional, friendly and fast paced which was appreciated. Thanks for the great service ?

Came to this location to get a bulb for my pathfinder because the Nissan dealership won't help me. I was greeted by Kevin with a smile which made me comfortable to ask what I need because I am not a car guy. He made sure I got the right bulb I need. 2 Thumbs up for Kevin. I will definitely come back to this location.

One of the workers behind the counter was making some pretty ignorant homophobic comments.
That same worker was also the most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen in a customer service role.
