Walked up to the paint counter and said “how you doing” to the guy working behind it. Zero acknowledgement, nothing. Stood there for a full ten minutes while he completely ignored me. No “I’ll be right with you” “sorry I’m super busy”…zip. Go anywhere else…terrible customer service, manners or hint of decency! Brutal.

I'm giving it two stars because I have had good interactions in the past. If you need anything paint related or bodyshop related save your time and go to Carlsson's down the road. Way better service and less grouchy employees.Reading the reviews it seems I'm not the only person who were appalled by the paint mixers terrible attitude.

Jared and Rick know what they are talking about! They helped me find a battery vent valve for my Jeep Grand Cherokee where no one in the city had one or didnt even know what I was talking about but they knew! Smart dudes! If you need a part that no one else in the city has or knows what you're talking about ask for Jared or Rick at Napa on 6420 104 st! My new go to place for parts!

I'm a professional automotive painter, and am very familiar with the brands of paint that Napa keeps in stock. I needed some paint mixed for a fender I was painting, chose Cromax waterborne as it's great for colour matching. So the reason I am giving 3 stars is not because of the products they supply, but rather the bitter and rude attitude of the man that works in the paint department. I had to visit him twice, and both interactions have made me never want to deal with him again. I wasn't rushing him or asking too many questions, as I knew what I needed. But he needs to be more polite to people.Napa Cmax, on the north west side, is also a division of Napa that supplies automotive paint and supplies. I highly recommend you don't waste your time and head over to Cmax, where the staff are much more friendly and willing to help and give advice. Especially if you're a painter and know what you need.I haven't had to purchase anything from the parts counter here, but the guys working that counter seemed quite friendly. My 3 star review doesn't reflect on the parts counter gentlemen, solely the paint guy.

I called in about getting some paint mixed. Told them the color code and color name and was told that they have about 9 different shades of that color. So i decided to bring in a can of the exact color i needed that still had paint in it. When I got there I was greeted by two friendly staff member who pointed me over to the paint counter where I was met by Mark. Now I don't know if it was because it was close to the end of the day, or because I am a woman and have never used Napas paint products so was unsure of whats what, or he was having a bad day but Mark was a D**k. Very rude, not at all helpful. He just gave me all the shade samples and said thats what we have. He didn't offer any help or consideration on picking the right one. Just pick one. Where's this state of the art technology mentioned on the site for paint? For the maybe 4 questions I asked each one he made me want to never come back to that store more and more. Worst of all now that I have spent $60 on two cans of paint and painted a entire fender I found out its not the right shade! The person I was doing it for is not impressed.
