Mobler furnishers have provided excellent customer service. They deliver and assemble at a very affordable price. I ordered my office desk online, and it arrived two days later. I am quite satisfied with their service and will continue to purchase there. They are the one-stop store for all of my home furniture.Ask for Gisella when you go there.

I went to a few places to buy furniture for my new place. A lot of places were flexible on prices except mobler, which is fine. But for a supposed “high end” furniture place, and paying 1800$ for a dinner table missing a hole on the weld for a screw is unacceptable.. let alone instructions on how to build the piece, which wasn’t there. Now I have a loose end on the table after a few hours of assembly.

I ordered eight dining chairs in May 2023 (it is now August 2024) I paid in full, as well as for delivery and assembly, and still haven't received them. Each time I call (they NEVER call to follow up on an order that is nearly a year and a half late) I get different reasons as to why they haven't come (it's always not Mobler's fault, of course, as if they have no responsibility to ensure their customers receive the product they've paid for).
The last time I called, I was simply told "they're delayed" and was given NO explanation. I asked for one and was told "we aren't sure when they'll come". I asked if they were coming at all, and whether we should proceed with a refund and was told no. I pointed out this order has been substantially mishandled and asked what Mobler intended to do to remedy this, for instance refunding the delivery and assembly fees. I was told "we never do that" but the staff member allegedly went to ask and then came back to the call and said "no we can't do that".
I am rebuilding a home after a fire. I have endured terrible customer service during a lot of this process but Mobler takes the cake. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. If you must, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WALKING OUT WITH THAT DAY.

We bought 2 sofa and a TV set. They are in Very good quality with reasonable price!! Their delivery and assembly service is excellent!! The staff Jordan and Michael are very nice and responsible. Michael is efficient, well organized and arrive on time!! He also gives us some furniture maintenance tips!!we experienced a very great customer service with good product quality! Highly recommend and whenever we want to buy furniture again , it will be our first choice!! ??

Going from Scandia next door to Mobler is a massive night-and-day difference: it is very clear all the furniture at Mobler is made in China or Asia and while that doesn't mean the quality is poor, it is overpriced for what it is.
If you are looking for something at this price point, you can find better options. I did not order anything, but reading other reviews I can see that might be a good thing - it seems like there are lot of delays.
I ended up buying elsewhere and it was around $500 more, and a fully leather sofa made in Europe instead of the partly PVC/vinyl one at Mobler. At least the staff at Mobler are nice unlike the ones next door...

We bought 6 chairs, a dining table, 3 stools, a bookshelf and a cupboard from Mobler. Most of it was delayed. It's been a year and I'm still waiting for my last stool to be delivered.
Only buy from here if you can afford to wait a looong time before you receive your furniture.

We bought our dinning table from here, they had to order two chairs from us since they didn’t have enough. We were told the other two chars will arrive early March, but then we were told they will not arrive till end of March. We called yesterday to see the status of our order and we were told they have arrived for 5 days and no one told us about it. Today when we went to pick it up the store hours shows 6 pm closing but they closed the store at 5:30 and refused to give us our chairs. Poor poor customer service never going back there again. If I can find those chais somewhere else I would tell them to cancel my order. So disappointed.

We paid in full for our dining table in October they said it would be arriving just before Christmas. Just showed up yesterday April 10th. Don’t believe them on delivery dates.

The only reason it's not one star is because their furniture looks nice. The warranty is a waste of money - just don't get it. It would be better if you saved that money, and used it for repairs afterwards.
After 2 years, we decided that we should reach out to exercise our 5-year warranty because the springs / cushion on one of our seats on our sectional has sunk quite a bit. We went to Mobler, and they referred us to the third party warranty center that was responsible for the warranty. They sent to us a generic email saying "The stain or damage that you reported has not been considered for coverage...". I feel like someone was just sitting behind a computer, saw the request come in, didn't read it, and just replied with this generic message.
The moral of the story is: most furniture is trash, get whatever looks the nicest and feels the most comfortable, and you don't have to go to this place to get that. We've had better luck at Structube. I think we're going to go there, or maybe even try Wayfair next because this is a joke. Now I have to sell this $5,000 + couch for a fraction of what I paid for it 2 years ago, minus the useless warranty money that I paid for a zero-year "5-year" warranty.

Thanks to Judy Duong, the Office Manager, for assisting me w replacing my king size bed frame. My slats were broken and I needed replacement, and she was able to help me send the parts internationally which I greatly appreciate. Excellent customer service and was very responsive in a timely manner via email.

I am leaving this review to warn shoppers of mobler not to buy the insurance they sell Guardsman! I submitted a claim and guardsman told me that I purchased the protection plan on all my furniture except the couch I submitted the claim for. Of course mobler was not able to provide me with a receipt to prove that I had, after many frustrating phone calls mobler magically found my original receipt. Guardsman insurance has the worst customer service representatives. Not only are they rude they will hang up after hours of being on hold or they will just keep transferring you to different agents who cannot help! I am surprised that mobler would deal with such a company. Do not purchase this insurance it’s not worth the headache of dealing with these people.

Never buy the so-called warranty with “Guardsman”, if the Mobler sales rep suggests you. Guardsman never replied to me to process the repair the furnitures once you claim the warranty!!! Check the reviews of Guardsman and you will understand how you are ripped off by paying several hundred dollars for nothing! After sales, do not count on Mobler that might help you if Guardsman ignored you on purpose. Mobler should never collaborate with such a company with little reputation in industry.
