I was in Edmonton from Calgary with my sister and ran into car issues on a Saturday night. We were referred to Ali at Millwoods Auto who didn’t hesitate to help. Ali sent out a tow truck to tow the vehicle to his shop, and spent his Saturday night fixing the car to ensure it was good to drive back to Calgary. Ali offered the best possible response to the situation and did so with a smile on his face. Would definitely recommend Ali to everyone. His professionalism and expertise are impressive and he is very knowledgeable in the mechanical field.

Last Saturday marked my first visit to this establishment. While waiting for a VIR, I couldn't help but overhear Ali conversing with another customer, demonstrating an extraordinary level of empathy and understanding. His customer service skills are truly remarkable, and coupled with fair pricing, Ali has undoubtedly secured my loyalty as a repeat customer.

Took my car for inspection here. Was 110 for them to take all day to inspect my car because they forgot to book me in. They told me I needed a new wheel bearing which was true but missed that I needed both front tie rods replaced which I found while replacing the wheel bearing myself. The tie rods where torn open and they missed it. If I didn't notice this and the tie rods fully failed I would have lost steering randomly and could die. Do not take your car here. They will rush your work and miss something that could take your life.

My first visit here was almost a year ago. My AC wasn’t working. I randomly called on a hot long weekend hoping to find a shop open. I was happy to find that they were open. Ali had me come in almost right away. He fixed the AC right away after fixing the mess we made trying to fix it alone. I don’t know much about auto repairs so it was nice to find someone I can trust, takes good care of my vehicle and charges reasonable prices. My car is older so I have had a few more repairs done since last summer. Ali and his staff are great to deal with. The work they do is reliable and will take care of your vehicle concerns promptly:)! They do a great job!!

These guys gave us really good customer service.
We brought in a 2014 Ford escape for an ENGINE REPLACEMENT. I first tried to go to TEAM FORD , (but they were expensive/busy) , then I tried Lakewood Chevrolet because I thought they would be trust-worthy (they were rude/expensive), I finally let these guys take it because they offered me a GREAT price & finished the job in LESS time.
They are also just really knowledgeable and they helped me understand more about taking care of my engine.
If you need an Honest Albertan mechanic to save you time + money. Maybe try these guys

Took my car out of province inspection.There services was so bad. My car was completely works fine. They exchanged battery and alternator of my car and put very low quality of both things. Within a month , battery was dead .The guy was there changed it again . After 10 days, it was dead again. I checked battery price. It was only $ 100 . I had no trust with them. They are fake .After that , my car was checked by another shop . They checked it, alternator of my car was totally dead. They changed it with reasonable price. My car works properly now. I advised to people don’t trust on these guys. They exchanged things in low quality at high cost. I am attached picture of bill with this message.
