I have been to Mikes Mechanics a couple times now and each time it has been phenomenal service. They were able to fit me in to fix my tire day of despite it being extremely busy. They are also extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service is impeccable here. I will definitely continue to bring my car here for any future needs that I have.

Got what looked like a crazy quote from our dealership (Southtown Hyundai) for some basic repairs and maintenance required for our 9 year old Hyundai Santa Fe.
Before I agreed to the repairs and maintenance I called Mike and told him what I needed done and he quoted about 40% cheaper than my dealership. He scheduled us in within a week and the work was done properly and at the price quoted. Friendly and timely service and good communication via text.
My only negative comment is the parking lot is full of, you guessed it, lots of vehicles, so we had to park at the bingo hall which probably wasn't ideal. A minor inconvenience. Thanks Mike!

I keep forgetting to post this review! I had my car worked on at this shop a week or so ago and they were fantastic! They even dealt with me when I probably wasn’t the greatest customer lol. & did an amazing job even though my door was pretty damaged! Really glad I took my car to this shop! Would recommend & will definitely be back (hopefully not soon though lol). Thank you guys for everything!!

Unfortunately Mikes does not longer provide the great service they once used to, the parking lot is too small and our vehicle received scratches the last 2 times we were there, the quality of repairs is poor and he didn't hold to his word in regards to work and cost

Called this morning as my coolant light was on. He told me to drive right over and topped up the coolant. In and out in 2 minutes and super friendly. So appreciated!

I honestly thought this was going to be a 5-star review but, I went to see Mike for a problem with my AC, and when I called he said “yeah come in I'll take a look”, he said it sounded like I would need a recharge for my AC, and charged me 400$. 2 hours of driving later the problem wasn't fixed. I went in the next day and at this point, he actually looked under the hood and took a picture of some pipes and said “Well actually you have a leak and that would cost an additional 1000$! My question is Why didn't he look under the hood the first time? Idk. I thought he was an honest person but I guess not! Especially in this economy, he shouldn't be doing people like that. I will never return to this business ever again and will never refer anyone I know! Save your money people.

Used this shop at the recommendation of multiple folks, and now I'm also endorsing them. Very happy with the service I recieved for my vehicle. Mike and his team are very knowledgeable, friendly, and do good work at a good price. I'll be returning to Mike for all my mechanic needs.

Had to take our Honda Pilot to Mike after Lube shop screwed up filter. So he replaced part and had to also do oil change. Bill for work was very reasonable after the unfortunate experience we went through.
Visited with him briefly seems like a great guy. We live out of Edmonton but if we ever break down in the city we know where to go. I’d encourage anyone to take there vehicle to Mike good Mechanics are hard to find ?

My car had started making a clunking noise and I asked Mike if he wouldn’t mind taking a quick drive to see what the problem was. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within minutes. When my son had changed over the winter tyres to my summer tyres he hadn’t torqued the bolts tightly enough. Mike refused to take any payment for his time even though I could see he was super busy. Such a kind and honest man! I highly recommend Mike to everyone!!

Just a quick note to say how great Mike and his team are. I have taken fleet vehicles and personal vehicles here since he started a few years back and always with great service and results. Even though he has grown significantly in the past few years, Mike still keeps his friendly and competent work at the highest level. Trustworthy. Competent. And a great guy.
