Took my vehicle to midas 99th Edmonton on Friday for 6 hours for a oil changed, no inspection done sent me last year's inspection as I spotted thewas date wrong , called today and the lady said it was a typo which I know it's not I think she knew too, as I've got gotten worked done on it that's different from the inspection. If you didn't do it don't lie to the costumer please , and I also if you preace free Inspections for oil changes to lure costumers your way at least stand by them I gave you $4000 last for work on my car that I could of takin it elsewhere, I'm curious to see if actually got a oil change now ill check when im home. Won't be returning . Rudy was the man

Nathaniel and chase were amazing. I came in cause my battery connecter was loose and they cleaned it up and tightened it for me super awesome and went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely.Thanks guys you the best

Lost my morning, you make an appointment for a simple oil change, and an hour later, the car is still not even going in. Ok who pays for my time loss since appointment is hour over due plus the car still needs to go in how long do you want me to wait all day foe a oil change that takes all.of 30 min?

Solid service work, just a tad behind schedule being in a busy industrial area. They offer retorques, sometimes walk ins and I think I saw a battery inspection on the go once. But if you could allow the extra 30-60 mins on top of the quoted time, I'd say it's worth it. Not a lot of honest shops left and this is one of them. Been going here for almost a decade.There was even one time I had an issue with my door lock and they brought me inside to explain to me what's going on and possible options to go forward with. I don't think theres a shop that would do that ever. They don't always do I think, only if time allows, but it's one of those "goes the extra mile" that I very much appreciate.

I usually don’t go to Midas for my services but they had a promotion last year for a free winter to summer tire changeover if you brought an item in to donate to the food bank and decided to visit them. Unfortunately during my tire change I was informed that my tires are low-profile and they would cost $45/ tire for a total of $200. I was already there and decided to just go ahead and get it done. The manager apologized and offered me a free oil change that would be noted on my file. I called recently to take them up on the free oil change I was promised to be told that there was no record of that noted on my file. Left with $200 out my pocket and a bad taste in my mouth with a company that does not keep their word. Would absolutely avoid Midas and look at many other reputable stores.

Went in for alignment, couldn't end up finishing it due to defective parts on vehicle instead of charging me half hour charge they let me go free of charge! Would recommend super friendly staff. Thank you Nathaniel.
