I’m not satisfied with their service. I bought MK luggage on Tuesday, then on Thursday I saw an advertisement the luggage that I just bought the price went down. So, after work I went to WEM and asked for price match. Yes Im eligible for price match BUT they have the most weirdest policy that I ever heard. I have to bring the luggage back to store to complete the price match! It doesn’t make sense at all. Im not arguing with the staff or the manager. So, the next day I brought the luggage with me to store and asked for full refund instead. MK price match policy preferred lose sale worth $400 instead of honouring $50 for price match. Okay then!

Went in there to look for a purse for my mom... as soon as I walked in she eyed me down like I had no money ... I told her what I wanted and she showed me few things n gave me the price ... then gave me the dirty eye n walked way
After that confrontation I just walked out and say f it . Such bad customer service..

It’s been a while like 6 months since I have visited this location and I don’t think I will ever go back. I will always remember this location for its bad experience . When I was shopping, a store employee was following me around through the entire time and staying a few metres from me as I was browsing for handbags and watching every move I made. It felt very weird..when I finally talked to a manager it’s when she stopped following me. All I got was a sorry for the inconvenience…. What a bad experience… never going back… I paid for my order and I will never come back here.

Twice I was asked if I wanted my own Michael Kors wristlet put at the till or if I wanted them to grab me a new one from the back. Mine is well loved, worn, and has 20s and receipts sticking out. Thank you very much. I've been into Coach numerous times with their merch, and it's where I do most of my shopping. Never have they ever asked if I wanted a new one grabbed from the back. Also, apparently, if you touch a bag, you're now asked if you're ready to buy said bag while inspecting it, testing it, and trying to decide if it is a good fit for you. So rude

Customer service here was terrible. We were poorly attended to this evening, especially by the 3 ladies at the door, one of whom asked what we wanted but didn’t bother to assist us, same as the young man at the back who pointed us to the same ladies. The whole scenario was screaming “I can’t breathe”. I won’t recommend if your skin has colour.

NOW I recommend this store , I visited it on Dec 23/22 . I had fabulous shopping experiences . The Sale lady (Rebeca) is so professional , WELCOMING, humble , passionate and generous. After I bought what I needed and left the store , I came back to buy a wallet forgot to buy . Rebeca welcomed me again, and helped me to find what I needed for the second time. Nevertheless, she offered me The $165 wallet as a promotion she included to my first purchase which It was almost 3 hours ago.I have been in this location before but , this was the first time I have not been gagged by the cover!!!! Thank you ? Rebeca ( I hope I got your name spelled correctly) and happy new year ??
