I showed up at 12:40pm to be told the doctor is taking Appointments only. That is not "WALK-IN". I had to walk there with my permanent injuries just to be turned down and have to walk back home. I STILL NEED A DOCTOR BUT HAVE NO WALKING LEFT IN ME. I DOUBT I WILL BE ABLE TO WALK MORE THAN 10MIN TOMORROW. Thanks for serving yourself first. I won't be back and I am very pissed off at you. No, I would not trust you to save me unless it benefited you.

⭐the reception is good,
⭐the doctor’s treatment is good,
⭐the pharmacy is good,
⭐the place is shiney and
ventilated.

I went to see a doctor for personal reasons I am used to seeing Doctor Fadel who is also a very kind doctor who always listens to his patients also helps and has patience that's the fact being treated well by him who always makes me want to go to that same place when I feel bad. but this day I did not see Doctor Fadel but rather Doctor Durar very bad as a doctor I do not question his job but he is very mean not welcoming I work at night and I no longer get there for health problems I need a ticket plus a prescription to help relieve my pain , he welcomed me very badly with a very bad way of speaking to a person lucky for him that I am polite I never reply when I am treated. He manipulated his phone in my presence and put pressure on me to express my problem quickly afterwards he said that he didn't understand if I could repeat myself to make it short, at the end I was very disappointed to have seen him , I didn't have my prescription and my rest ticket. I almost cried on that day so painful for me to explain that please if you really can get rid of this kind of doctor it will help the population or maybe never want to see him because he is a wicked human who has surely found himself by mistake in this area he does not do it with the heart.

Not accessible for handicapped people. The step at the door has a blind high step with no "warning watch your step" sign and I witnessed a disabled lady trip and do complete fall on the floor.
Since there is no watch your step sign on the door, l'll place one here.

Dr. Raiisi is just incredible person. Its really rare to find a female gynecologist nowadays, we need more people like her. She will not dismiss you , and actually listens to your complaints. The waiting times are the problem though, if I have an appointment I shouldn't be waiting for an hour to see a doctor!

I called to book an annual check up with the doctor and the lady who pick was SO RUDE! Very snappy and lacked simple courtesy. She didn't bother to ask if I got the appointment booking noted, she just mentioned date and time and hung up. I am so furious. Being in the health sector can be stressful but she's not a doctor or a nurse and premium customer service is part of her job. I wish I knew her name, I would report her to her regularly body. Experiences like this make me just cut off because I don't want to have to deal with such toxic and ill-mannered people who are supposed to be professionals. I guess this was the kick I needed to never step my feet in this place again. The doctor (Fadel) who I've seen the past few years is so nice but I cannot compromise on this.

This clinic has the worst service. I went to the clinic for their service due to the fact that I got an injury, and then the receptionist was an unprofessional and inhumane woman because she threw my identification documents and led us out of the clinic even though my health condition was critical. It was my first accident in Canada, and I couldn't believe this situation was happening here.
I will never recommend coming to this clinic because the people are neither professional nor human.

-5 THE MAIN RECEPTIONIST HERE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SEEING ALL THE OTHER COMMENTS IDK WHY SHE STILL HAS A JOB. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE BOTHERING THEM WHEN YOU ASK AN IMPORTANT QUESTION. THEY LOSE YOUR MEDICAL DOCUMENTS. LAUGH AT YOU IF THEIR PERSONAL (not professional) OPINIONS DO NOT AGREE WITH YOURS. I REALLY HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS BECAUSE THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE. THEY MAKE YOU GO ALL THE WAY TO SEE THEM FOR A QUICK 2 MINUTES, RATHER THAN A VID CALL. DO BETTER!!!! WORK FOR YOUR PAYCHEQUES!!! DONT ASSUME YOU GET PAID FOR NOTHING! IT IS YOUR JOB TO HELP THE SICK!
