“Med Mobility did a complete overhaul and rebuild of my power-chair's Motors, Gear-Boxes, Battery, New Rubber all-around, and new Arm-Rests. They basically gave me back a brand new, 6-year old chair! Best of all, the Technicians under Tom the Service Manager, performed exceptional work with a very tight 36-hour turn-around. The pickup of the chair from my home and the return delivery saved me a long drive from Sturgeon County plus the associated inconvenience. The entire Service Department at Med Mobility's South Store is responsive, receptive, easy to deal with and they know their stuff. Highly recommended!”

“My order # is 7066I made an online order back in December 2023 . Only half of my order arrived with the info for the other half being stated as on back order . I asked for a cancellation of the remainder of my order and to be refunded for the canceled item . After a few crossed wires of communication I got to speak to sam over the phone . He was apologetic for the situation and processed the refund while we were on the phone and offered a discount on my next order and provided a direct # for me to call to access the discount . He was very nice and , as I said , apologetic for the situation . I appreciate the way sam dealt with my order situation once I got to speak to him . Faith restored about shopping here .”
