My Mom and I stopped here last month to look at their selection of recliners. We were introduced to Teresa, who then provided the best assistance we’ve experienced in a long time. She is a good listener, knowledgeable and respectful of one’s preferences and budget.
We selected a really beautiful leather recliner that is comfortable and easy to adjust by its user. Their prices are comparable and in some cases, better than what we saw in other stores.
Teresa then accompanied the delivery fellows a few days later, to ensure my Mom was comfortable with how to adjust the recliner and rearrange some of the furniture for a better fit. We have never had that kind of assistance before.
They were also kind enough to take away and deliver the old recliner to a local charity.
Our thanks to all of you for making this very easy, satisfying experience.
By the way, I should mention that my Mom is almost 97 and believes you are never too old to enjoy something new like a great recliner ☀️

We had a great experience at McElheran’s, especially with Jeff’s help in envisioning the potential of our living room and family room. He showed us how some of the furniture we liked in the showroom could fit perfectly into our space. The quality of the pieces is outstanding, and they fit seamlessly in our new home. The minute you enter the store you feel welcome. Colleen was very helpful with my selection and kept me informed with my delivery. I was impressed with the delivery staff and the setting up of my furniture. If you ever need good furniture and service this is the place to visit.

As always outstanding service, timely delivery and an excellent price for a rare commodity. The commodity was a "made in USA" tuffed fine brown leather executive desk chair, from a company by the name of Hekman, that has been around for more than 90! years making the highest quality furniture across a broad range of styles.
When I went into the store I met Teresa, whom I have known for years, and presented her with what I thought might be an impossible find for my client who inherited his fathers desk chair of the exact style [not same maker] after 30+ years of use. The old chair had great sentimental value and that put me one the quest to find the best quality USA made that I could find.
As has always been the case, a solution was found and my client is over the top happy. Thank you, Teresa and McElheran's, for exceeding my expectations and making a happy day for my client.

I had a great experience at McElerhan's this summer. Teresa was excellent at helping me choose a new chair for my library. This required a few visits to the store, taking samples (and even a cushion) home to check that the colour would work. I also really loved hearing about the different furniture lines and quality workmanship; easy to see Teresa was very knowledgeable.

Awesome people, beautiful pieces, perfect location, these all speak passion and customer service. Come check out the store if you see passion and adore quality. Jeff the owner is very caring and is a natural problem solver. Teresa is a a great designer and compassionate about what she does.

Teresa Stobie was knowledgeable, patient and persistent to help us select the perfect chairs for our sun room. The “sun” was a factor and she helped us find the perfect custom fabric and stayed in touch throughout the process with great care and attention. Shelley was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect sofa for my living room. I had been to many furniture stores and was getting very frustrated as not only was I looking for a certain style, it also couldn’t have feathers and it had to be very comfortable and durable. She found me two to pick from and then helped me with customization. Thanks Shelley, we love our new sofa and will definitely return.

We have shopped for furniture at McElheran's since 2001 and have purchased numerous pieces of furniture. Product quality and customer service have always been outstanding. Furniture we have purchased has aged remarkably well, even with daily usage. Our original purchases from 2001 still look great!

Teresa was a terrific help when my Dad & I came in to buy a sectional to celebrate my university graduation. I live just next door in the MacLaren, and the movers were super efficient. I'm in love with my sectional, it fits perfectly within my small apartment.
I look forward to purchasing more furniture from McElheran's in the future!
