Worst customer service I've seen in a mattress store. 1st time there, the salesman basically insulted me to try to get me to buy a mattress... I wanted to do my research and look at a bunch of mattresses so told them I'll be back after I've looked at a few other places and the guy basically called me a liar and said I wouldn't be back. Came back a 2nd time and walked around for like 10 min with no salesman in sight. Decided I didn't want to give them my business anyway so left and never looked back. The mattress I was looking at seemed actually decent for my needs (was looking for a very firm mattress) but with salespeople like this, I'd rather sleep on the floor.

We walked in, walked around, then left less than 5 minutes later. There were no staff present that we could see. There was one guy walking around with some papers, but appeared to be sitting on different surfaces and didn't approach us so we thought he was possibly another customer. If he was an employee, that's pretty sad. Don't go here. Try Canadian Mattress Wholesalers just north of here instead and get the best customer service ever.

Very Disappointed with their after sales service. Not even responding to emails regarding sagging mattress that was bought a year ago. 3 months already after complaining and no response or action.

I purchased a mattress at the end January and it is now the end of March and no mattress yet. Delivery was to be in 2-3 weeks. Have called and visited the store they promise to call back and never do! Friendly staff but NO MATTRESS yet! Quite frustrating.

We were looking for a rv mattress, not only do they carry a great selection by real mattress manufacturers (a real bed, not foam) but Ed went out of his way and had it delivered to us same day. The service was exceptional.

John was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. He was able to point us in the right direction for our mattress. Giving space to try each mattress while being close by to answer any questions we had.

I purchased a mattress platform to replace a slatted bed, and just haven't been impressed with the quality of my purchase. Fabric on the platform was fraying right out of the box, and I've discovered the slat distance can be as much as 6in. My mattress warranty requires a slat distance of no more then 3in. The 6in slat makes the mattress noticeably softer, with a huge lump in the middle where the platforms meet. Of course, no returns. I understand hygienic considerations when it comes to these things, but it's disappointing when these policies cover for, what I think is poor quality.

Great great great customer service although I did not end up purchasing my mattress there after all it wasn’t for lack of trying they really tried to work with me to find what I needed I have a young son with scoliosis we needed a specialty mattress they did their best through every avenue to accommodate his medical needs , We did end up picking a mattress but then it wasn’t quite soft enough for his needs and they were super accommodating about that and issued me a full refund . Also genuinely caring people they checked in on me and my family while we were in Children’s Hospital which I really really appreciated.

i fell in love with my new mattress but i have a few complaints. this was at south common, it looked like he was the only one working there. first of, the employe that was helping me was being very rude and mean. second, he took off his mask and came and talked to me, this made me feel uncomfortable. lastly, he made me uncomfortable with asking me a lot of questions what i was looking for, he was asking with a rude tint in his voice. he was being very ignorant and rude. i hope all of you stay safe and try to avoid the store of you see a tall man with a black beard, if you stay im warning you that he might be rude to you. i wasn't pleased with this experience.
