I bought shoes for my daughter at Marshall’s in West Edmonton Mall, and after just a month, they started peeling. The quality was terrible. When I took them back, the manager said they would have only exchanged them if the damage was in a different area, not the front. Such a ridiculous excuse! I would have preferred a simple ‘no’ over this nonsensical reasoning

Nice staff, and recommended to visit as they always have sales and good deals.. but be careful of some customers or visitors specially at the mall branch, as some people are disorganised when they try cloths or when they walk around you in the store!

This location has a great Selection and I always find something. I was very shocked with the behavior I seen not sure if she was a Manger or employee but she worked there I will post a picture. Which normally I wouldn't do but she needs to be adressed. I had to cut my shopping experience short .I felt uncomfortable she was swearing under her breath and getting very aggressive putting things away and cleaning things. She kept freaking out on how the coustmors don't reorganize things and she was freaking out on floors around people this morning. I understand we all get frustrated but please leave the floor to calm down.
