Got a car from them 5 years ago had problems with the car from the day that I got it the tire sensor was on and they told me it was just because it was cold a couple days later my tire was flat then many things after that started. I paid it off last year then it crapped out on me..I called to see if I could maybe get another vehicle from them and the sales guy was very rude I will never again go to them and will never recommend them to anyone

Jason fry ..10/10 for me easy professional honesty and integrity full transparency made it super easy best experience I've ever had buy a car I feel confident and he answered every question was patient with me as I had a lot of questions I called him multiple times he gave me options and there was no pressure at all encouraged me that they had other cars he's been there many years and that speaks volumes he went above and beyond for me ....I recommend this company and make sure ask for jason 100%great experience and I have a great vehicle ......

From getting me a vehicle and working with me. Being very patient with me and then helping me over and above when it came to repairs needed on my vehicle.The employees at MacJames have always been there for me.I’m am truly grateful and Thankful for everything they have done.

does not want to work with me or my wife, together we make over 8k a month but because MY wife doesn't have a learners "there is nothing Mac Jams Motor's Can do" their words not mine. stay away from this place if your First Nation like us. they seem racist and didn't treat us like the other customers i felt, oh well... they'll probably brush this problem off by playing ignorance .....or pretending more was said to further our understanding of the situation! but in all honesty, this is exactly what happen.

Just a back story I had a vehicle with Scotia Dealer Advantage. With an injury at work and a temporary decrease in pay, scotia continued to randomly take money out of my account, left me in a negative situation, threatening calls and threatening letters all the while I was trying to get back in good standings. To no luck, even while making payments when I could, they seized my vehicle holding it for ransom basically. Thru this I reached out to Mac James Motors and in the same day I was approved for a vehicle on a smaller term, lower payments & a better vehicle than what I had seized just days ago. No pressure on the lot, test drove some vehicles, made a decision, now a waiting game to pick it up.

Won’t fix the truck that’s having severe issues wrong with it, won’t trade us a new truck . The truck we have now is super unsafe to drive due to it liking to shut off while driving it and go crazy. Horrible service and horrible business and they need to do something better about this. I should have to replace the whole front end the dif the transmission and the fuel pump in less then a month

I have tried the others and was taken advantage of and lost. I came to Mac James expecting to be turned away but I got a big surprise and was approved with NO hidden surprises. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fair deal and a great dealership that does Not play games. Will be coming back for my next purchase

I am posting on behalf of my mom, Tracy--I bought a used car from Mac James about four weeks ago (Jason Fry was my salesman). Recently, the car started to leak transmission fluid. I called Jason and immediately they got it into a shop to be fixed. He was extremely apologetic. They also covered the repair cost under warranty and provided me with a loner so I could still drive to work while it was being fixed. I am very happy with the excellent level of service provided, and I am happy they took such great care of me during and after the sale.

Mac James motors made buying my suv a very pleasant experience! The whole process was easy and the staff very friendly and were able to get me driving again fast. I definitely recommend checking them out!!!

I was hesitant to contact Mac James. But im happy i did. They had a specific vehicle i wanted. I thought ill just do it. Jason literally called me the next day and within the same day he gave me an approval. Told me my max payments a month. My interest rate. And my term in no time. Jason was a pleasure to deal with. And if you dont find the exact vehicle you want. Your approval is good for a month so relax and take your time. Thanks for your helps
