MAC Cosmetics is my go to store for the BEST NW Studio Fix Powder plus foundation. This store has the best makeup products in my opinion. CAT who was working that evening, answered all my questions and was super helpful and friendly. Love their eyeshadows!

I love this place! All their recommendations have been spot on. Yesterday , I needed to replace my most beloved and most useful items in a hurry. Cat and Christine went out of their way in a hurry. Best service!! Excellent products

We passed at Mac today and it’s my first time going there, we were help and even put make up on me even we didn’t buy anything as well as gave us samples for 10 days. I’m very grateful to Rabia and Zarah I really felt pretty and confident when I got out from Mac. Thank you so much!

My makeup artists didn't show up. I booked the appointment a month in advance. After sitting in the store for 20 minutes wondering what was going on the manager finally came up to me and said my makeup artists wasn't there and that she was on the bus coming in. I had a photo session and hair appointment to get to and couldn't wait the extra hour it was going to take to just get started. I walked out. They never called to apologize. It totally messed up my day and my headshots which I couldn't rebook.

Disappointing lack of customer service. I booked an hour makeup session online for the following week, only to receive an auto email confirming a cancellation later the next day.No text, no call, no offer to reschedule. Not sure why they're offering online bookings if the store is unable to accommodate their own schedule.

Mac in the kingsway Mall is an amazing store to go to if your looking for makeup or anything to match your skin tone. Kristina is an amazing person. Everytime I walk pass or I walk in she always has a smile on her face. She also helps u if u don't know what your looking for.

Worst customer service experience.Staff is not welcoming at all , very rude especially the old lady wearing black toque, I will never go over there again

The staff are pretty friendly. Good at advising about their products. One of the staff ""IZzy Rizo""helped me find correct colour of concealer and foundation and how to use it and gave some great tips.....Thank you IZZY? will come back soon
