Went in today, and it was my first time at this location. The staff was amazing and so very friendly. I purchased 2 flavors of the ribs. They were very tasty and fall off the bone tender. Will definitely be returning.

Me and my boyfriend came here at 7:50pm tonight.Celia the lady working tonight was pretty rude.She said after a few mins later saying they close in 7 minutes.When we were done shopping she says I was going to close 10 minutes early then you two came here.We told her we take the bus and it would of been rude to close early especially it being so cold outside.We start packing our stuff in reusable bags she then says okay I have to close the doors right behind we are closed.I paid $61 for my groceries here not cheap.Terrible customer service.

M&M FOOD MARKET UNITY SQUARE IS THE BEST LOCATION IVE BEEN TOO! STAFF OUR SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, THEY ALWAYS HAVE a bunch of stuff! The best store hands down!

Currently 5:30, open sign is on, and says the store is open till 8pm….. but the door is locked with all the lights on… stood waiting for a while after calling the store a couple of times and having someone picking up the phone but not responding. Very confused, as to why someone is picking up the phone but not responding or opening the door. Only a think I could think of is the employee is not okay… hope nothing bad is going on.

Typing in the parking lot, came to door 9 minutes before posted time of close to grab a quick spinach dip for myself and my girlfriend. Door was locked, cashier stood at till printing out sales reports and avoided eye contact with me as I knocked on the window twice. I’ve worked similar jobs and I get wanting to cash out early to finish the day quicker but really, refusing service to a customer while within the hours of operation doesn’t seem like something that’s written in the employee handbook.

This was my first time trying M&Ms, and I will be returning again!! I was helped by a young lady named Paisley who was incredible! Service was great, very upbeat and welcoming! She helped me find items to try and was very informative. I absolutely love the food and it was very easy to cook. Prices were a little steep, but plenty of good deals. Great experience all around!!

Ive always loved M&M food , they are high quality , easy to make and have a large selection! I love their weekly deals and personalized deals for each customer. Whenever I go there, I am kindly greeted and I always love asking for suggestions from the staff. They are enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about their products

M&M has slowly become one of our go-to destinations for frozen foods and quick meals. For years, there wasn't much for me to buy as a vegetarian but their selection has slowly been getting better and better (hence the name change from M&M Meats to M&M Food Market). I recently tried their new "meatless" burger patties and they are up there in quality with Beyond or Impossible at a much more affordable price. Other faves include their broccoli and cheese stuffed potatoes and jalapeno cream cheese wontons.This location is fairly small so sometimes they run out of things. If there is something you must have, it can't hurt to call ahead before you make the trip. Otherwise it is well organized and the staff know all of the products really well.It's also worth signing up for their loyalty program. If you give your phone number, they can automatically apply promotions at the cash register rather than you having to remember to save coupons.
