terrible service,purchased washer and dryer when they got delivered the 2 men wouldn't even take down or install them,so I returned them back with them and got it redelivery ,got them yesterday and also the 2 men didn't know how to install,very disappointed will never purchase anything from there anymore!

I was a customer at Lowes for a long time before it changed ownership to Rona. In all the years that Lowes owned it I don't remember any sales person asking me if I needed any help. With Rona + it seems that all that has changed. I actually had a staff member walk up to me and ask if he could assist me....I was a little shocked and it caught me of guard a little, lol. It's happened two or three times since that as well....so it's good to see the management adopting some better customer service features. And the store has a good selection and it always seems so neat and tidy. Five Stars from me!

If I could give zero stars out of 10 I would.... This stores paint department is the most unorganized, dysfunctional, non existent out of any hardware store in edmonton. Three separate instances in a row I have waited over 20-25 minutes waiting to get someone to show up to the department. Everytime the customer service pages someone to this department no one shows up. Custom service is always lacking, this location sucks. Literally takes your $ anywhere else.

we had to sit and wait for the manger to assist us which took more time then us walking around the entire store. they had 1 item left of the product we wanted which was already damaged and full of bird poop and the rudeness we received when simply asking for a discount on the product was disgusting. the manger megan was extremely rude and agitated when we spoke to her kindly. even her approaching us was very harsh and hostile. please seek better management or offer another management course in customer service to megan.

I was visiting this location to get patio bench. It was the last one in stock (according to their record should be 4 of them in stock).The bench was full of bird shit and the weaving was damaged .The acting manager Megan offered me 25% discount after an hour of waiting to see her.When I asked how come brand new patio furniture are on 40 % discount but the one damaged with full of bird crap she is offering me 25%. she said that they will rather return it to the vendor and get full price back than give me 50% off.
As a last statement I told her that I spent thousands dollars in this company to renovate my business and this is appreciation company shows.
My advice to Megan is that she needs to learn a lot about customer service and she is not suitable for that position.

I was at this location when the awful women that recently submitted a review about one of the managers, Meghan, was throwing her temper tantrum and let me just say she is a completle and utter liar.
I came in to purchase a door and was first assisted by an older gentlemen that was very knowledgable after I had made an attempt to purchase through your online website. There was some discounts being offered on the website that were not in store so he recommended I speak to someone at the customer service desk. I met with Meghan who was very sweet and helpful and right away was ready to help me with what I needed. I could no longer find the deals being offered so she said she would take a look and would be right back.
A women then came to the front and started being rude to a young gentlemen there about wanting discounts. He told her what it was marked down as and she started berating him demanding to speak to a manager.
Meghan came back saying she found the discounts and said she would honor it no problem, I met back with the gentlemen from before and he got my order ready and took me back up to Meghan to pay. No hassel at all.
Meghan must have went to deal with that women, as the women from the review was now berating her and threatening her, it was awful to see. Meghan stayed calm and soft spoken throughout the entire interaction and I must say alot more polite then I would have been if I was being spoken to that way.
There were even two other women with her that started apologizing to Meghan and others for their friends behavior. Which good on them but im assuming they were forced to say otherwise
My entire experience here today was nothing short of wonderful with the entire staff friendly and welcoming. Meghan was a sweetheart from start to finish with helping me and I will be back again.
