Went into to browse the fantastic selection of fragrances and left with the highly loved ombre nomade. Edgar was fantastic to talk to about fragrances and his customer service was remarkable. Great experience overall. Ignore the negative reviews.

I’ve visited Louis Vuitton stores worldwide, but this location was the worst. Management noticeably treated Caucasian customers better, leaving me feeling undervalued despite my loyalty to the brand. Disappointing experience — I won’t be returning.

Really enjoyed my experience here and the sale associate was very kind and knowledgeable. Felt no pressure to make an immediate purchase and she allowed me to try the bags one.

There were no plans to go shop at LV , just passing by the store and thought to stop by to see if something excited me , instead my wife liked the LV Jewel Cat Eye glasses that we bought from Lam Tieu. Thank you for taking your time to show us everything that we asked for and helping us . Will come see you next time we are in . Thanks once again

I know that this Louis Vuitton location doesn't have the greatest reputation. I myself experienced very poor service here previously with my girlfriend from who i believe was the previous manager of this location. I have been to many Louis Vuitton stores, globally. And I have to say, I have never been more impressed with the experience and service that Lam Tieu provided for me. He is very helpful, friendly, easy to talk to, and most importantly, FUN. I had a great time dealing with him on two separate occasions this past week and was more than impressed with how he took care of me. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the house. We had a great conversation about previous collections, and personal grail pieces we hope to add to our collections at some point. I will be looking for his help every time I visit in the future. THANK YOU LAM!

The staff here was very rude my worst experience at LV in the North America. I have been to several LV stores across the world in Australia in Asia and was provided with the best customer services around the world but this specially this store is worse than worst I can rate. Yeah, franchises should definitely think about the management at this store After today. I don’t feel like going to LV again.

Terrible customer service at this location. I won't be back, after numerous chances. We liked a pair of shoes... the lady said they didn't have the size in stock but convinced us to try on the "exact" same shoe in a difference colour but the shoe was a different style. When we voiced our concerns she said the shoe would fit the same. So we listened, ordered the shoe. Firstly, we asked them to call us when it was in and we'd decide if we wanted to drive up to edmonton to grab it as they offered to ship it to us directly in red deer. We called back and said no to hold onto it. They shipped it anyways and with UPS which took us days of fighting with them to get our package as they sent it to the wrong address. When we got the shoes they were too big and we ran out of time as we needed them for a specific event. I called 4 times no answer, left emails for the advisor and said well you have to drive up to exchange the shoe but the size you need wont be available so it will be another 6 weeks and we are now left scrambling to find shoes for the event. PLUS we have to drive all the way back to edmonton for them to issue a refund. I suggested we could mail the shoes back as they mailed them to us... nope... they need to see the product first and we'd have to drive. I will never buy anything from this company again. Even though I've been a loyal LV shopper for 15 years. Take your money elsewhere! Gucci & Saint Laurent's customer service is WAY better.

My worst experience ever! All of the stuff are rude and they are unhelpful with returns. They are liars. The managers protect only their staff workers and they deal with the customers rudely. I will not shop again in this disgusting store. Unprofessional manager, rude workers, bad experience

Bought several belts from here but you need to watch out which belts you buy because some of them have LV symbols on them and they fall off and I had to pay $300 to get it repaired. The little LV symbol started to detach itself through normal wear and tear even though I don't use it that often. Brought it in and they still charge me 300 to repair. Also have a keychain and a wallet from there that has the same type of adhesive or whatever it is holding the leather together and they just come apart on all these type of products from Louis Vuitton. Shouldn't happen or at least be repaired for free. Not even offered any solution except to pay for a repair on a barely used belt. They wanted to repair the keychain at an exuberant cost and the thing was originally 600 bucks.

Bought a wedding gift here today & placed the purchase on the profile for the person who is getting the gift for after care. The sales person sent out the receipt to the person who is getting the gift without asking me first and ruined the surprise. With such luxury brand you’d think they would train their sales associates better. NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS AT ALL!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but my bag of only 3 years broke due to normal wear and tear. The small clasp on the strap broke and to replace it was $500. If I’m going to spend 3k+ on a bag, it should last longer or at least be cheaper to fix. The associates didn’t have any other solution… there’s a reason why you guys have only 3 stars.

They are the best. Especially Alisce and Eleven. As soon as we walked in, we felt so welcomed! Very satisfied with their service from in-store to online. I am from the Yukon and this LV boutique in WEM is the nearest, so I would order from them. Every single time, they just go above and beyond in catering our needs. They deserve 5 stars!

IGNORE negative reviews! I went in to store just to browse and see the nice products because I had never been in before. The lady who greeted us named Emma was so kind even though we didn’t buy anything. She gave us a tour of the store and showed us old trunks they have there as well. This is the best experience I’ve had at a luxury store and if I’m ever getting a luxury bag this is where I will come. The perfume is really nice too. Thanks Emma!!!
