Had a DHL custom service reach out to their customer care services on December 17th due to a package being sent to an incorrect address. Thete has been no attempt to reply even with a letter of escalation. Worst delivery company ever that don't care about their company partners or customers themselves. Avoid them if possible

I gave them one star as they help to pickup my package, however, after 13 days, I still not received the package. The package was picked up from Vermilion Alberta, and supposed to be delivered to Edmonton which is about 2+hours distance, I submitted the requested and paid on Dec 10, after 6 days they picked it up and delivered to Edmonton the same day.
Today I checked status (Dec 23), it still shown in Edmonton, not delivered, and the customer service is extremely difficult to reach, it took me 45 minutes waiting on line, and she was unable resolving any problem, not at all!!!
I don't recommend to use this company, absolutely NOT!!

A company I bought from used loomis to ship. It was a joke! Item was sitting in edmonton for 4 days. Spent an hour on hold to find out when it would be delivered. Found out that they do not deliver to my address! No notification that it was there, no notification that they do not deliver, no notification that i had to pick it up. NEVER AGAIN use loomis

My kids Christmas present arrived here 10 days ago and has been “out for delivery” for the last 6 days. I showed up to the depot and they can’t find it.

I would be embarrassed to own such a company with such a trash record of doing business with little to no care for their customers. Horrible service ! If I could rank this company no stars I would. They could care less to get anyone their deliveries on time & in a prompt manner. This company needs to take a hard look in the books and also read these reviews, they need to address their customer concerns and adjust their company and performance to reflect a better business practice that people could maybe one day respect, until that day they will remain the upmost worst shipping company anyone could ever use. I pray that many people take the time to read what I post and avoid ever being ensnared in the very poor business Loomis has to offer.

No phone support
Kept my package on hold six days. Waited on hold for an hour before giving up. Next day tried live chat but that just doesn’t work. Terrible.

Horrible customer service. They have my shipment for delivery for past 4 days still not delivered. No priority on shipment that customers are waiting on according to customer service and she hang up the phone. What the hell kind of service are they providing no solution to customers. Horrible Horrible. I wish there was zero stars coze they don't deserve any. Why does this company accept shipment if they cant deliver .

My order has been “out for delivery” for 2 days now. You think if your package was in the van it should get delivered instead of driving around the city for 2 days… not good business

If I could give 0 I would, very poor customer service. Accepted a package to where they don't deliver and blames the service on others. Then proceeded to argue that places such as amazon doesn't deliver to us either...they 100% do.

Worst customer service ever. I received a notice saying that my parcel was to be delivered the same day. It didn’t…then it sat in their depot over the weekend and for an additional 2 days. Called customer service, no help at all. Not sure when or if I will receive it

i guess i see many other peeps have voted along with my opinion---if there was "negative" option, they'd get -10 rating---one of the worst ever couriers on the planet---they dont deliver to addresses they dont deem easy to deal with---they dont communicate, they dont answer the phone---they are 1000% useless, I will NEVER again be taken by Loomis' pathetic lack of service....if anyone has the misfortune of having to experience anything with that sad excuse for a comp[any RUNNNNNN----u will not get your pkg in any kind of timely fashion----3 times ive been screwed up on deliveries by this amateur outfit---

I have to admit... I was surprised to see all the negative comments. Then I had to deal with them for a pickup. Called, and I have to say my interaction was really depressing. The 3 people I play telephone tag with all sounded like they were on the brink of ending their live!
This company require a major dose of uplifting! I swear they all felt and sounded like I was talking with Eeyore, from Winnie the Poo!
All to say that at the end there was nothing they could do to help me. Life truly sucks at Loomis.
Let me summarize my conversation with their support team, As Eeyore would say:
“Wish I could say yes, but I can’t.”
and finally, the last person could as well told me this:
“Days. Weeks. Months. Who knows?”
:) I now truly believe the end of the world will start at Loomis. Maybe it has already?
Hope, you, the reader, read this, and it put a smile on your face as I am sure you total requires it if you either work at Loomis or just finished dealing with them.

Company initially refused to deliver my product and had it listed as "held for pickup" for two weeks, which I was not advised of.
Reached out to merchant and they escalated my concerns to Loomis and only then was the package delivered.
Poor experience and lacking customer service.

Poor service says I was offer delivery appointment for two days. No one ever contacted me. I come to the warehouse. I can see my tires I ordered. Call and they say I’m not allowed to pick up here. So who knows what’s gonna happen with them. I’ll never use them again.
