Very difficult to deal with, any thing over like 20lbs they will not ship to you cause it’s to heavy for them to lift, even though I paid shipping they refused then finally said they would ship it to my post office to find out they didn’t

Refuses to deliver despite consistently accepting my package, customer service was beyond rude.

Wouldn’t leave package at the door, even though I signed the door knocker and left instructions. Couldn’t look up the shipment by name when I came and picked it up. I am surprised they use motor vehicles and not horse and buggy. They don’t even have a computer turned on. They wrote everything by paper.
