Chris P. was super helpful and assisted myself with a rush order. Additionally he was able to point me to some 35mm black and white film that used colour processing chemicals so that I could have them developed locally.

I went to London Drugs this afternoon to get two photos printed and placed into a charm and pocket watch! Chris the Tech Manager helped me and he was amazing and went above and beyond for me! He was very friendly and did an amazing job! When one of the photos didn’t really look like it was going to fit he made a special order to get the photo to fit perfectly into the Pocket Watch for my husband’s present! I’m so thankful for his patience with making everything perfect!

Passport photos done and I am happy ?

Went to get a passport photo taken. We let the associate know and waited in line. The associate took a photo of the person in front of us. We could hear him sighing every time he took the photo. Then when it was our turn, he sort of ignored us and helped every other customer at the desk that didn't need passport photos. Waited about 25 min and then left to Shoppers instead. We could tell that young dude with the perm and beard hates his job there.

Bher at London Drugs West Edmonton Mall is amazing. She is so nice and friendly. She is the reason I come to this location. She always has a smile and is very accommodating. 5 stars!

On May 20th, 2024, around 12:20 PM Monday, Brandon Z. Tech Specialist at this London Drugs was rude to myself and 3 other customers in line. He over all just had a nasty attitude and was incredibly judgmental while taking the passports pictures and talking to other paying customers. There was no reason to be so hostile when answering the questions of other people, he also made me feel bad about caring for how these images turned out as if I wont have to look at them for the next 5 years. Brandon Z. is an individual that isn’t excelling in his current customer service position.

I was looking in cosmetics and I asked for help from a lady I believe Lisa … I felt like I was literally a burden to her. She gave the vibe of me being annoying because I had questions. I have sensitive skin and allergies to products so I wanted to make sure my skin would be safe. This is why drug store get a bad rep. If I walked into Sephora they’d be so happy to help not give eye rolls.
