I wanted to give Brad, the manager of the tech department, a huge shout out for helping me yesterday. I went into the store to see if they could rush an online photobook order I had placed earlier in the day and he literally went out of his way to go upstairs and speak to the lab technician about my order (as I had a special requirement) and not only did he see to it that those requirements were taken care of but that my order was ready in less than an hour! It was perfect timing so that I could give my clients their gift before they left Edmonton and it honestly would not have happened if not for him. Brad, many, many thanks again for your help yesterday. I appreciate you!

I’ve been coming here since they first opened. This location has consistently remained the best of all LD’s I’ve ever visited. The pharmacy is top notch and the Audio/Visual dept has always been amazing to deal with.

Excellent customer service. Michelle went above and beyond to help us have the photo memory we wanted. Instead of saying the size we wanted was unavailable, she printed three different sizes, And we only payed for the size we wanted. Anoosh was very helpful and pleasant in serving us. Thanks again Guys.

Yesterday I went to the store and bought some skincare products and realized I can use my $5 birthday voucher at the checkout . I had all the details like voucher code and numbers . I also activated it before hand. When I got to the cashier . She was very rude and mentioned that it’s not coming ,I can’t give you the discount. I want her to check with number or try voucher code. She refused and mentioned no it will not come. Moral of the story , I do understand sometimes these coupons can be difficult to redeem . My problem is the behaviour for not helping customer and forcing them to pay extra. The way she spoke to me was not acceptable. Also my sister had the exact same thing. She didn’t accept the voucher from her either.
It wasn’t my money it was just a discount code they give you in birthday month ,so was not big of the deal . I paid full
May be people need training on customer service.

Today july 12, 2024 around 6:30pm we encounter the most discriminatory staff at the photo lab my family and i came for passport photo and my son was born with left eye deformity and the lady said can u open your eye a little bit? And i was like he was born like that and she answer i know but the immigration wants everybody to open their eyes! Im like my son got all the ids including his pr card with out any question.. and how can my son open his left eye when he was born with left eye close so stupid i would suggest that you educate your employees about respecting people with disability!!! She is so stupid and disrespectful
