They told me to come back after an hour to get my meds and I came back on time. my medications aren’t ready yet. And I was told to come back after 5 minutes, came back & again, I was told to wait for another minute. Came back again and it is not ready yet. So frustrating. ?

I had called over and over just to be hung up on each time I pressed 0 to speak to a representative. Finally when I did get three the lady was ignorant with me like I was a huge inconvenience, then immediately put me on hold, for yet another 30 mins just to be hung up on Again!When I do eventually get a rep that takes the time to deal with my concerns I was just told to do the app and that I can't simply walk in and pick up 1 pics of paper. Unbelievable I don't get how this level of professionalism stays eplmployed

Worst pharmacy i have ever been to.Dropped off prescriptions at 3:30 pm . Went back at 7:45 pm, two people were working behind the counter. Both of them looked at me and said nothing. After couple of minutes the guy came to me. And guess what it wasn't ready. Waited another 20 minutes to get the medications. Worst service and waste of time. Please save your time, don't go there. I am never ever going back to them.

Had been going to Superstore South Edmonton Common for two years. There one star is deserved.If I could use one word to describe the staff and service it would be "indifferent "If you like horrible service this is the pharmacy for you.Not sure how they stay in business, retaining customers is definitely not in there business plan.

I am very unhappy with myself for not switching pharmacies along time ago. They have messed up my blister packs, given me someone else medication, after 25 years of getting the same meds there they didn’t think to contact me when there was none left on file. No service or horrible service at best.

I would rate this pharmacy a zero if there's a zero rating. The worst ever, they are very inefficient, even rude - especially their manager who takes on people personally, very unprofessional, unethical & the worst pharmacy ever, I've come to a point that I almost have to change to a different pharmacy, they are even very rude on the phone, everytime I call, im being pushed away as if im an annoying caller when all im doing is to follow up on a prescription medication. You people work in the health service, if its not for us who needs medication, you will not be in your positions, you treat customers like they are an annoyance to your day, very rude people in this pharmacy & this is not just about the wait times but so many other bad experiences I've had with this particular pharmacy.

Extremely long wait time. Do not go here if you want anything done quick. At least 1 hour to wait for anything. Even getting a test done that takes 30-60 seconds for the pharmacist to do. Then add on top to wait time to get results. Pharmacists have provided horrible service every time Ive been to this location. Don’t think they prioritize properly. You’d think they would try to improve on the wait time given all horrible reviews. Get a new pharmacist ! Or add more to the team Or train the assistants to do something. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Like the others have said, wait time is horribly long. I was told it would be 30 minutes for my prescription and 2 hours later still nothing. Frustrated and just walked out without my prescription.
